The oldest researcher Melvis said. When he got his hands on the glass bottle container he was fascinated by the dark volatile content that was inside. It was as though someone went and scooped the night sky. The twinkling stars, The bits of lightning, It was pure chaos in a bottle.

Head researcher Heinz couldn't help himself but have a belly filled laugh.
"I like your thinking youngin, But this doesn't even qualify as a drop of a drop. The most we could do is something that could influence a small area. Like for example with its shadow like properties it could be used to make a treasure that can take advantage of the shadows"
It was then that they understood. This served as a battery to help them invent their own treasures that could do as they intended, rather than be content with what the jumpers return with after dimensional exploits. Melvis thought about something interesting. He quickly stopped Heinz as he was about to leave.
"Head Researcher You said this had the properties of all jumpers within it. Does this mean if we tried, we could create our own jumpers, the same way we have the potential to create treasures?"
Heinz held his chin and looked up as if in deep thought. Instead of answering he went to his desk and opened some files and checked the pages within. On one of those pages was the human genome represented on what appears to be a representation of a human mind and anatomy. Everyone else got intrigued by that question so they followed close behind. After a few moments of turning the pages Heinz looked at Melvis.
"Your idea needs some deep diving, It is possible. But there's a reason the jumpers are forced to their respective Mistica before they could wield the laws of that dimension. But we still need to have a deeper look into your idea. This might give us a breakthrough in our research. But for now let's see how this could help us revive some technology from 10 years back"
Heinz packed up the results of the research they did on the substance within the sealed bottle and headed straight to the General's office.

Back at the area where missions are processed. The group of three has just finished handing in their proof of mission complete, and received their reward. Mike was disgruntled, feeling demotivated to do anything.
"What's wrong Mike, you sure are quiet today. Has something happened?"
Miley finally asked. His mood has affected hers somewhat, so she couldn't take it anymore.
"Why don't you ask him"
Pointing at Mildread. Miley and Mildread became confused by the sudden accusation.
"Me? What did I do?"
"Remember what Miley said last week? I finally got the Shockwave theory book. Thinking once I got proper understanding of the theory I could Surpass him once I level up to 29. But the bugger had been studying the theory of cause and effect.

Mike finally got the problem off his chest. Miley couldn't help but chuckle when she heard the reason. Mildread didn't even say anything; he just started walking forth.

In a vast expanse of space, darkness rained supreme only an occasional spasm of light passed by now and then. Alex has been floating in this space for God knows how long. His consciousness has expanded beyond his body and taken root within the space surrounding him. He was pure awareness. Only existing without intent, name or place.

For the first time in a while, Alex heard another voice that wasn't his. This awakened some deep fear rather than him being excited to speak to another being.

The disembodied voice rang on all sides, Alex couldn't pinpoint the direction it was coming from.
"Help me? How are you planning on doing that exactly?"
"Don't be in such a hurry, All shall be revealed as time carry on, for now it goes against my self interest if I were to lift a hand. But I won't leave you empty handed of course. It seems you are in a rather pesky situation.

Just like it had come, the voice quickly left.
"Wait… What do you mean, "What is this system for!?"
Alex had long felt the presence had left but the last thing the voice said before it left, quickly sparked the question he had been asking himself since his reincarnation.

Yes, they are Jumpers who had seen far crazier things but the boy before them was an anomaly, a baby like immune system, A body weak like that of a human but somehow he was strong enough to take down a creature they weren't confident enough to defeat even if it was injured or three vs one.

Mindy cleared her throat to attract Alex's attention. Alex turned his head. It was at this moment when he realised that he was on a bed in what seemed to be a medical room. And the first humans he saw since coming back to this world.
"Hello, can you understand me?"
Miley is trying to see if the boy is foreign or perhaps lost his memories due to his situation.
"Ye..Yes, I can understand you, How did I get here?"
The last thing he remembers is when he was huddled in the ruins of some random house.
"We found you and brought you here. You would have died had we not brought you here"
"Ow, thank you. My name is Alex by the way."
Alex extended his hand towards the three. Miley quickly came forth and shook his hand.
"I'm Millificent Drautnaugh.Those are my teammates Mike Meather and Mildred Havonaf"
Both Mike and Mildread followed behind her, shaking his hand. They were weirded out by Miley's introduction, it's rare that she gave out her full name even including their last name as well.
"Alex huh, I've been looking forward to seeing you once you wake up. When we found you, you were wearing an outfit made out of never seen before material. Once we cut it off you to treat your wound it just turned to smoke and got absorbed by your shadow. But I can't find any treasure off you"
Without wasting another second Mildred asked a question that has been eating at him since they last saw Alex.
