Poison began to spread from Cassie's fist around her body.
"This bastard! Its body was laced with high-grade disruption poison!" she exclaimed shakily.
The air in the space was instantly filled with the scent of petals.
"Don't worry, I got you," Baskiel said softly as a calming white glow emitted from her body.
A pure shining white petal landed on Cassie, dispelling the poison within her.
"Thanks a lot, Baskiel," she said boldly. "Next time I'll be more careful."
"There's no need for your gratitude," Baskiel exclaimed calmly.
Foosh—
Famel appeared.
"Sorry for the delay." He bowed his head courteously.
Green light burst forth, and from it Serina emerged.
"Thank goodness... I'm right on time," she exhaled heavily.
Crack...
A small part of the floor of the section began to crack. A skeleton-like creature with flesh opened a hole in the ground, and a female figure that resembled a nun climbed atop it.
"Revena is here for the show!" she exclaimed loudly.
"And also to help, of course." She scoffed.
"All pieces are now in place," Fubuki said telepathically.
"You may all now begin phase two," Dina stated.
"Woohoo. Make sure to cleanse the Ravter Abomination before it adapts to your fighting styles," Taumus stated lacklusterly.
"AS and DS commencing joint operation," they all said in unison.
"You can't even touch it because of the poison, and it's extremely durable. You are all done f—"
Boom!
Duran smashed the Ravter Abomination into the ground, cutting off John's speech as his eyes widened in disbelief.
"My elven army... attack?!" John exclaimed.
He didn't get a response.
When he turned back, he fell to his feet upon seeing his army utterly defeated and in shambles.
"Wait!"
Revena licked her fingers.
"Don't tell me this is all of them. Nurugi has barely had his fill."
She sat atop a pile of elven corpses as Nurugi devoured their flesh.
"How is this possible..." he paused.
"How can you possess such strength?"
His spectacles fell from his eyes.
"But I still have the Ravter Abomination. It's not over yet! It can't be over!" he stated in desperation.
"Ravter Abomination, destroy them all!" he commanded.
The Ravter Abomination began to emit an eerie aura, reddish lightning bolts emerging from its body.
It broke through the barrage of attacks it was receiving and charged toward John.
"AHH! My creation, you have come to sa—"
Badump!
It bit off John's head and swallowed him whole.
[Error... Error. Summoner's soul cannot be recovered. John will not be able to revive through Domain Core Revitalisation.]
[Rainforest Domain Core has been destroyed.]
[John has been eliminated from the Summoners' War.]
Rarhhhhhhhhh!
Its spirit energy skyrocketed as it grew larger, its presence becoming more oppressive.
"It devoured its master!" Aria exclaimed in shock.
"What the hell is going on!" Famel stated in disbelief.
"Exercise caution," Entria took a deep breath.
"It's no longer in the Fourth Class. It has evolved to the Fifth Class."
Just as Entria finished speaking, the Ravter Abomination suddenly appeared in front of Famel and slammed him into the ground.
The impact spiderwebbed the floor.
"Interesting. Its speed, strength, and durability have increased significantly."
Famel appeared atop the head of the Abomination.
"Though it's still light-years from reaching my level," he exclaimed boldly.
"10,000 Blist technique, Blist 204:—"
He moved with speed beyond sight, cutting every part of its body.
"Renargarde."
He landed softly as dark red blood splashed across the floor.
"He is indeed worthy of his title as the Blistening Flash God," Duran exclaimed lightly.
"That wasn't able to take it down!" Cassie exhaled.
"What a sturdy bastard!" she exclaimed loudly.
"You guys should buy us some time," Aria and Baskiel said uniformly.
Aria and Baskiel held each other's hands.
A massive light-red magic circle formed beneath their feet, their hair fluttering within the glow.
The others immediately launched attacks simultaneously at the Ravter Abomination, not giving it any time to recover.
"Nurugi: 200 percent charge — Srik Bash!"
It slammed its massive fists into the Abomination's head.
But it didn't flinch.
Instead, it bashed Nurugi into the ground.
"It hasn't even been up to two minutes. It's already adapting to our attacks!" Cassie stated loudly.
A greenish glow illuminated the entire section.
Serina held her bow firmly, multiple magic circles forming behind her.
"Mistral Technique: Convergence Shot."
She fired.
The recoil cracked the ground beneath her feet.
Numerous arrows emerged and fused into a single devastating strike.
Boom!
The arrow blew off the Abomination's head.
It paused.
Then began to regenerate.
"I won't let you!" Cassie exclaimed.
"Nightfall Technique: Umbra Disclosure!"
She split its body into two.
It tried to merge.
"Think again, buddy!" Famel exclaimed.
"10,000 Blistening Technique, Blist 1,500: Reverse Flash!"
He launched it into the ceiling.
Still regenerating.
"This is for disgracing Nurugi!"
Revena emerged from above.
"Holy Damnation!"
She warped space, crushing it into the ceiling.
"You are one tough bastard, aren't you!" Duran exclaimed, flames erupting.
"Nine Tails Technique — Obsessive Tail; Act 9: Combusting Cleaver!"
A blue flame tornado engulfed it.
Boom!
Its regeneration weakened.
"The pure flow of INCA rejects you," Aria and Baskiel chanted.
"The Eight Trigrams turn left, and the Three Ivory Petals turn right."
Mystical energy converged.
"Begone from our godly sight, you foul Abomination!"
Talismans formed around it.
"Aminomi Nori Fugestu:—"
They compressed it.
Rarhhhhhhhhh!
It struggled but it was nothing but a futile effort.
"The Great—"
A Yin-Yang symbol appeared.
"Cleansing!"
A beam fired.
It disintegrated completely.
"Remind me not to get on the bad side of those shrine goddesses," Duran scoffed.
"Just like old times, Baskiel," Aria said softly.
"I missed you so much, Ari!" Baskiel exclaimed.
"Me too, Baski."
They hugged.
Over at Section 2—
"You monster!" Leonna exclaimed as she coughed blood.
"Don't give up on me just yet," Asmaroth said sweetly.
"We are just at the 999th shot."
Leonna lay on the ground, barely alive.
"Hck... I don't feel my master anymore," she said faintly.
"Mmmhmmm. She's already dead," Asmaroth groaned playfully.
"And I only just got started. What a weakling."
She sighed.
"Hmph! Whatever. I'm out of here."
She vanished.
Currently in Section 3—
Slam! Slam!
Kaimaroth swung Kex repeatedly into the ground.
"Big guy, I must commend you for making me use one whole arm on you."
She paused.
"But that's as far as you go. Your master has been defeated."
"It was an honour," he said as he faded.
"You were strong."
She exclaimed
"I'll remember you."
She disappeared.
In a currently unknown location—
'As expected, they won,'Revet said softly.
[Blank has gained the Right over the Rainforest Domain.]
[Would you like to commence Domain Expansion?]
'Yes.,'
"Are you going to keep staring? Let's begin, shall we?"
A mysterious voice echoed.
