Sebastian's POV
My office looked like a hurricane had torn through it. Documents were strewn across my usually spotless mahogany desk, unfinished contracts formed towering piles in every corner, and my calendar was completely destroyed after spending more than a week practically camping out at the hospital. Economy reports were tangled up with legal papers, and at least three forgotten cups of stone-cold coffee sat buried under the growing avalanche of neglected work.
None of it mattered. The only thing consuming my thoughts was discovering what really happened to Maya.
