I kept quiet as Aunt K finally finished her story, the mood suddenly shifting.
"I had so much to tell her, so much to show her, so, so much… but now." Her words died down as her head fell.

"Hm?" She looked at me.
"Don't worry." I repeated firmly, "they'll pay, they all will, that's a promise."
A beat passed and then, "heh! You really are your father's son aren't you?" She smiled.
"I guess I am." I smiled back.
"Now, tell me about this abyss."
"Oh, that? Well, I still don't understand it fully myself, in fact, nobody does, it's an endless realm filled with an innumerable number of creatures we call infernals, but what stands out most about the abyss, is that it connects to multiple other worlds as I've seen people, beings that look nothing like the ones on terra in there."
