Within a dark and enclosed throne room, a figure sat in silence.
Well, calling it a figure would be putting it nicely, since it was nothing but a fog of darkness orbiting above a gilded throne.
Buzzzzz…..
A buzzing sound echoed like thunder within the silence, as the fog stirred.
"Hmmm?" A deep, masculine voice rumbled through the room as deep blue eyes opened from within the dark fog.
Humm!!
The buzzing stopped as a projection appeared, illuminating the room if only a little bit.
"Asmodeus, I see you're still brooding as usual." Damien's indifferent voice sounded out of the projection.
"Damien…" the fog rumbled, "do not address me as if we were friends, state your business and leave." The voice, asmodeus, uttered coldly.
Damien's expression soured at the utter disregard he had received, but he kept his calm, deciding to deal with the task he'd been given first.
