"Alright… we're here." Khalifa said as we finally approached the gates of the next city on our route.
It'd already been a few hours since we left camp, of course after having a good time annoying the black elf that seemed ready to die of embarrassment.
Now, she was looking at me with a threatening glare as we approached the city.
"What? What now?"
"No bombing this city. I already don't know how fucked our route is, and I'm not ready to watch you go full kamikaze on them, we go in, you actually try interacting with demons, then we find out where we are and how far away it is from where we want to go, alright?"
I just looked at her, her threatening posture was just, "cute."
"Wha.. what?"
"Nothing, I just said your whole no nonsense thing is actually quite cute."
"You bastard!! I'm serious."
"Haaa… fine. I'll try not to erase these wretched creatures from existence, but should anything displease me…" I let the threat hang as a murderous aura slowly leaked into the air.
