The atmosphere here was even more twisted.
The madness reaching levels that anyone not within the law comprehension stages or having some powerful levels of comprehension would simple die from breathing.
The world was confused. Time moved wrong. Space didn't exist like it should. Everything existed in a state of absolute disarray.
Yet, within this maddened environment.
A magnificent city stood.
It was a city large enough to cover multiple times the same space as that of the imperial capital of the human continents eastern domain.
Viewed from above. The city looked like it went on forever. Covering enough land to house a continent or two.
IBNIS AL'KABIN. The city of THE UNDYING.
