Jinha lay quietly on the hospital bed, staring at the ceiling.
"You're right, doctor," she said slowly. "I was thinking about the same thing while lying here."
The doctor crossed his arms thoughtfully.
"Could it be that his rank is even higher than yours?"
"Maybe something like D-Master+?"
Jinha shook her head immediately.
"No… that's not possible."
"I've already seen his aura."
She thought for a moment before continuing.
"Compared to yours, his aura is actually much weaker."
She smiled slightly.
"And if he really had a D-Master+ rank, he wouldn't be a student at the university."
"He would probably be a teacher."
The doctor nodded.
"You're right about that."
He stepped back toward the door.
"Alright then, Miss Jinha."
"You should change and get ready."
"I'm going to continue my hospital rounds."
"Goodbye. We'll meet again."
Jinha nodded politely.
"Of course. Goodbye, doctor… and thank you."
The doctor left the room.
Jinha sat up slowly.
"Where did my uniform go…?"
She looked around the room.
"There it is."
Just as she grabbed it—
Knock. Knock.
"Jinha? Are you done changing?"
It was Jeigan's voice from outside.
"Almost!" she replied quickly.
"Wait a moment!"
A few seconds later, she stepped out of the room.
"Alright. Let's go."
Jeigan nodded.
"Okay."
The two of them began walking through the hospital hallway together.
After a moment, Jinha suddenly stopped.
"Wait… Jeigan."
"What about the hospital bill?"
Jeigan waved his hand casually.
"You don't need to worry about that."
"I've already paid it."
Jinha's eyes widened.
"No, no… tell me how much it was."
"I'll give you the points."
Jeigan shook his head.
"There's no need for that."
"But if you really want to know…"
"The bill was 2000 points."
Jinha immediately frowned.
"That's too much."
"I'll return the points to you tomorrow."
"I can't accept something like that."
Jeigan looked at her quietly.
"So… you don't consider me a friend?"
Jinha blinked.
"Why would you say that?"
"Of course I consider you my friend."
She thought for a moment.
"Alright… fine."
"I won't return the points."
"But instead… I want to give you something."
Jeigan tilted his head.
"What do you mean?"
"I want to give you a deal opportunity," she said.
"I have a sword."
"I've never made a deal with it before. It's just part of my collection."
She looked at him seriously.
"I want to give it to you."
"Please don't refuse."
Jeigan hesitated.
"…Alright."
"But only on one condition."
"If the sword accepts a deal with me, I'll take it."
"If it doesn't…"
"Then it stays with you."
Jinha smiled.
"Deal."
Then Jeigan looked at the dark sky outside.
"By the way… where is your house?"
"I'll walk you home."
Jinha waved her hand.
"No, it's fine."
"You've already helped me enough."
"I can go home alone."
Jeigan immediately shook his head.
"No."
"I can't leave a girl alone this late at night."
"Just come with me."
Jinha laughed.
"You're talking like you're my boyfriend."
Jeigan sighed.
"Well, if you don't listen, I'll have to talk like one."
"So just tell me the way to your house."
Jinha let out a small sigh.
"Fine."
"You're really stubborn."
Jeigan folded his arms confidently.
"Yeah."
