The Dark Kingdom
After two days of traveling, Arian and Luna finally reached the Shadow Mountains.
The air felt cold and heavy.
In the distance, they saw a massive dark castle rising from the mountain cliffs.
Luna stopped walking.
"That's the Dark Kingdom."
Arian looked surprised.
"The Dark Prince's home?"
"Yes."
Suddenly the ground trembled.
Shadow soldiers appeared from the darkness and surrounded them.
Arian raised his glowing sword.
"Looks like they were expecting us."
Before they could fight—
A powerful dark magic surrounded Luna.
Chains of shadow wrapped around her body.
"Arian!" she shouted.
The Dark Prince slowly stepped out of the darkness.
"I was waiting for this moment."
Arian attacked him immediately, but the Dark Prince easily blocked the attack.
"You are strong," he said calmly.
"But not strong enough."
With a wave of dark power—
Arian was thrown across the ground.
Luna struggled against the shadow chains.
"Let him go!"
The Dark Prince smiled.
"Oh I will…"
He looked at Arian.
"But first, the princess comes with me."
The shadow army disappeared into the darkness.
Taking Luna with them.
Arian slowly stood up, breathing heavily.
His fists clenched.
"I will find you," he whispered.
"No matter what it takes."
And the rescue mission had just begun.
