Across the city, Sophia watched the news again.
Her assistant looked nervous.
"Miss Sophia… the board meeting ended."
Sophia leaned forward.
"And?"
"They tried to suspend Emily."
Sophia smiled slightly.
"But Alexander stopped them."
Her expression darkened.
"Of course he did."
Sophia stood up slowly.
"That just means we need a stronger move."
Her assistant hesitated.
"What are you planning?"
Sophia walked toward the window overlooking the city.
Her voice was cold.
"If Alexander refuses to remove her…"
"Then I'll make sure she leaves on her own."
