"Oh, so you're here."
Orion raised an eyebrow.
Finn marched over.
"Do you know what that woman has been doing to those children?"
His voice rose with every word.
"She's starving them."
He pointed toward the seven children.
"Look at them."
The children immediately lowered their heads.
"They're skinny."
"They look exhausted."
"And don't even get me started on those clothes."
Finn's frustration was becoming harder and harder to suppress.
"They look terrible."
Orion sighed.
"Where exactly are you coming from, Finn?"
"What kind of question is that?"
"I'm asking because you shouldn't have brought these children here."
Finn froze.
"What?"
"You shouldn't have brought them here."
Orion repeated the statement calmly.
"Do you understand what it means now that you've taken them away?"
Finn's eyes widened.
"The only way they could obtain food, shelter, education, and protection was through that system."
Orion's voice remained calm.
"But what did you do?"
Finn frowned.
