Aries pov:
Jay has been acting weird the whole day, she locked herself in her room she ate less throughout the whole. I feel like i really failed as a brother. I remember Angelo telling me to fix my relationship with her before it's too late.
I clutched my chest. The memory kept rushing back.
But everytime I try to I mess it up by showing my rude face. At dinner Jay was acting very silent she ate less than what she ate at afternoon for lunch I wanted to ask her if she was alright but I kept my mouth shut.
Jay: Kuya I want to speak to you alone.
I wanted to stay and hear too.... but still I stood up and went. I went to my room and Kept wandering
I skipped school tomorrow. I didn't want to go. I thought of speaking to jay tomorrow once she comes back from school. I kept tossing my bed for 3hrs. Eventually I got up at 1am. I came out of my room and saw jay's room lights were on. I peeped inside as the room was unlock.
She was Organizing some papers into her folders. After she was done she went near the study table and took 3 bottles. I was shocked to see her using pills. She looked pale. She didn't notice me watching her. After that I couldn't sleep. All I know was her having sedative if she gets out of control due to blood but this.... was different. The thoughts consumed me I couldn't sleep after i saw my sister taking those pills. I wanted to know what those pills were.
Monday morning:
I got off my bed and went to freshen up. Mom, jeana and andy were already seated with Jay, Angelo and grandma.
Mom: Good morning aries. You don't seem like you slept well?
Aries: yes mom
Jeana: Aries tell me if you have any problem ok?
The only problem that I have right now is you being here with your so called new husband.
Aries: ok...
I saw Jay trying to get the water jar that was a bit far from her reach I helped her. She just took it and gave a small nod. This didn't feel like her at all. The emotions in her eyes were absent. She usually says thank you when a person helps her but it seems she has changed since the whole section E incident. I SHOULD HAVE PROTECTED HER!
The breakfast was over but I noticed Jay take a bag and walk out with Kuya Angelo she wasn't wearing uniform.
Aries: Aren't you going to school Jay? Why are you not wearing your uniform?
Angelo: Actually Aries she is coming to fer corp with me.
I wanted to ask why. I wanted to know what is going on with but instead I just gave a small nod. Soon after they left. Mom, Jeana and Andy said they were going out. Grandma went for her routine checkup. With only me at home. I went to jay's room and took 1 sample pill in 3 different cover and sent it over to my friend's house as his parents worked in a medical company. bcoz there were no labels on the pills. His parents said the results will be given to me by the end of the day. After few Hours I got a call from Keifer.
Aries: What do you want? I asked annoyed
Keifer: Why is Jay at fer corp
Aries: Why do you care? didn't you just use her to take revenge on me?
Keifer: I have some family problems aries I needed to push her away.
I could feel his sad tone. And..... I didn't like it.
Aries: I don't know why. Kuya didn't tell me
Keifer: ok....she is safe right?
I wanted to tell him abt the pills but I kept my mouth shut. I needed to know what those pills were first.
Aries: yes!
The day ended soon Just like a flower's life... Everyone came home. after few hours Jay and Kuya came home, no one asked anything they just smiled very small. Kuya looked like he just survived a disaster I wanted to ask him what had happened but Just went to my room. I called my friend asking for the report just then....
Don't bother Aries!
I got up and saw Jay leaning against the door. She looked pissed. I didn't realize she had walked in.
Jay: You could have asked me what those pills were instead of asking your friend's parents who are working in medical industry.
Aries: WHAT THE- You could have said they were just vitamins
Kuya walked in
Angelo: Still doesn't give you the right
Aries: Kuya you know abt this
Angelo: Jay told me abt it today. She was abt to explain abt the pills just then she saw what you did.
Jay: *sigh* *I muttered under my breath and sat down on a chair while kuya sat on bed with aries. They both waited for my explanation*. So kuya as you know I own JJM.....
Aries: WHAT!
Jay: Yes!
Aries: Kuya you know abt this. This company is a literal history - it was developed by the ceo at the age of 10 and the person is our jay.
Angelo: yes...
Aries: what did you guys go to fer corp for?
Angelo: to speak matters *glaring at Jay* JJM and the pills were just part of it. Now explain abt the pills.
