Monday felt so dull without her... I missed her so much. I need to Leave for London after CI-N's Birthday party at Friday. I was worried Angelo will take her from me but I noticed something when I was speaking aries. He looked guilty and afraid. Like he was just away from verge of crying.... I really hoped it wasn't related to Jay. Section E felt weird and sad bcoz of jay's absence. I could see it affect everyone.
Keigan's lecture abt me forgetting her was worse. I couldn't control my anger when he badmouthed her. Damn it! i'm a mess.
Next morning:
I woke up and freshened up. I don't know when I slept from crying and thinking abt her but I needed to see her. I ate my breakfast quick keigan kept advising me non-stop abt her but I wasn't focused bcoz I just wanted to see her. I dropped both of them off to school.
I was the first to arrive following with section E members. Sir Alvin entered I thought she wouldn't come today after few minutes
The room fell silent as she walked in. All eyes turned to her, 16-odd faces frozen in various states of distraction, suddenly focused on her presence. Conversations died on lips, pens hovered above notebooks, and the rustling of papers ceased. The air seemed to thicken, heavy with anticipation.
Her footsteps echoed through the stillness, each step a ticking away the seconds. The teacher, mid-sentence a moment ago, stood with a piece of chalk, awaiting her response.
It was as if time itself had paused, waiting for her cue to restart.
Sir Alvin: Welcome back miss Mariano
Jay gave a small nod and took her seat. The class blurred I didn't hear anything or see anything except her. I saw Yuri staring at her the same way I did. I wanted to strangle him out of Jealousy. But.... NOT NOW!
My fists clenched jaw tight I was abt to burst anytime class ended soon. Everyone murmured, Jay stood up from her seat and walked straight to... EDRIX!
Edrix: Jay I'm really sorry the plan was true at first but eventually you became our muty. You helped us when we were down. Please forgive us. We're sorry
Section E ( except Keifer): Sry Jay.
Jay stood motionless her fist clenched I knew something bad was going to happen then she said sarcastically:
Jay: Sure! Edrix but first pls delete this app from my phone
Edrix looked pale after seeing what she showed his head turned to me so fast that I thought it would break. He turned head towards her.
Edrix: I...I...I can't Jay I'm so sry.
Jay: And why is that?
Edrix: B...b... It is a tracker that shows your location.
Jay's pov:
My jaw's clenched, teeth grinding against each other. My fists are balled up, nails digging into my palms. My chest is heaving, like my heart's trying to bust out. I'm staring at him, eyes narrowed, and I can feel the heat rising up my neck, into my face. I want to... _takes a sharp breath_... I want to drive my fist into the king of Ulupongs face. Just smash it. The urge is so strong, it's like a living thing inside me, clawing to get out.
It's taking everything in me to keep my hands at my sides. Don't know how much longer I can hold back...
Edrix: A.....and it is connected to Keifer's phone with all your text messages and call.
That explained how they ended up in the same location as me in 10min
Jay: DON'T YOU GUYS KNOW THE WORD PRIVACY!
Keifer: It was for safety so you don't get in trouble
I threw my phone at him he tilted his head just enough for the phone to smash behind him.
Section E stood there frozen and saw me run out of the classroom
after running I bumped into -
OUCH!
It was Rakki, mica and grace.
They were shocked. And helped me get up. They looked at me with worried expression and said
Rakki: Jay are you ok?
Mica: I heard what section e did?
Grace: I can't believe they did this after how much you have helped us?
I didn't want to speak to them. I walked away silently through gasps and murmurs I waved at aries secretly and skipped school.
Jay: I'll drive.
It wasn't permission it was a command. He thought at first and gave me the car keys.
As we were driving:
Aries: you know how to drive?
Jay: Yes. I learnt it when I was 13
Aries: oh! where are we heading?
Jay: To a phone shop.
