Morning arrived, and Kenzo woke up earlier than the two of them. He took his clothes and robe and went to the bathroom. After finishing, he called Zetsu through telepathy.
"Zetsu, come here."
Swing.
"Good morning, father," Zetsu said with a smile.
Kenzo nodded slightly. His face turned serious as his hands began forming jutsu seals. Layers of magic appeared one by one—soundproof spells, detection barriers, and aura disruptors—enveloping the room in absolute silence.
"Zetsu, have you already monitored the entire castle and the forest of Hogwarts?"
Zetsu nodded and said, "Emm, I've monitored part of Hogwarts Castle and its forest. So far there are no signs of suspicious danger, father. But that man with the purple turban should be suspected. There is a strong dark aura that seems to be forcing itself to merge with his body."
Kenzo nodded, thinking for a moment before speaking.
"Emm, I see. Since last night, I have also suspected him. Using my Rinne-Sharingan eyes, I could sense the dark aura in his body—so dense, as if something is trying to forcefully merge with him."
"Will we start moving, father?" Zetsu asked.
Kenzo shook his head.
"No, not yet. For now we will not move. But I must report this to grandfather and father so they can continue monitoring the Death Eaters by ordering the Order of Nishu to watch them."
Zetsu nodded and said, "Yes, that is the most effective way for now, father. At least to minimize the revival of Voldemort's followers."
"So, Zetsu, write a letter and send it to grandfather to deploy the Order of Nishu to monitor the Death Eaters. Also tell the Order of Nishu not to let the same mistake happen again within the Ministry of Magic. If they fail to carry it out, they should know what happens if a member of the Order of Nishu violates the rules, right?" Kenzo said while raising one eyebrow.
Zetsu quickly wrote the order letter from Kenzo and began sending it.
"Understood, father. I will send the letter."
Kenzo nodded.
"Good. Continue monitoring the Hogwarts castle and forest. Do not miss any information."
Zetsu quickly saluted.
"Yes, father."
"Alright, you may go," Kenzo said.
After Zetsu disappeared, the room returned to silence. Kenzo deactivated all the protective jutsu one by one. The magical layers that had covered the room slowly faded.
He then took the next lesson book and began reading, using the time before his roommates woke up.
A while later, Michael woke up and saw Kenzo busy reading a book.
"Huh, Kenzo, you've been awake since earlier?"
"Yes, I woke up early," Kenzo said while nodding.
Michael smiled.
"Well, you really do belong in Ravenclaw."
At that moment Michael went to the bathroom to bathe, and after finishing he began changing clothes. Then he saw Terry still sleeping on his bed and tried to wake him up.
"Hey Terry, wake up."
"Mmm."
"Hey Terry, wake up."
"Five more minutes," Terry said.
Michael sighed and glanced at Kenzo.
"Kenzo, try waking him up."
Kenzo smiled and shook his head slightly, then walked over to Terry and grabbed his shoulder while shaking him.
"Hey Terry, wake up quickly! We're late!"
Terry, startled, woke up in panic.
"Huh?! What? We're late?!"
Michael burst out laughing while giving Kenzo a thumbs-up.
Terry groaned in annoyance.
"Ugh, Kenzo, you scared me."
"Hurry up and take a shower, Terry. We're going to have breakfast," Michael said while laughing and covering his mouth.
"Ugh, fine."
Not long after—
Dong!
Dong!
The bell echoed throughout the castle.
"Well, breakfast time has arrived," said Michael.
Kenzo and Terry nodded.
As the three of them reached the staircase, they accidentally ran into Hermione.
"Oh, Kenzo, good morning," Hermione said with a smile.
Kenzo greeted her as well.
"Lion, good morning."
"As I expected before, you really do suit Gryffindor, and the nickname I gave you wasn't wrong."
Hermione tilted her head, recalling something from when they met in Diagon Alley.
"Oh… I see," she said softly.
Kenzo nodded lightly.
"Yes. From the first time I saw you, I could sense the courage within you. That's why I was sure you belonged in Gryffindor."
Hermione looked slightly surprised hearing that.
"So… that's why you call me Lion?"
Kenzo smiled faintly.
"Correct. The lion is Gryffindor's symbol, isn't it?"
Hermione smiled slightly after hearing that.
"Hmm… in that case, I suppose the nickname suits me."
Michael, standing beside Kenzo, raised his eyebrow curiously.
"Lion?" he repeated. "That's your nickname?"
Hermione blushed slightly but tried to remain calm.
"Apparently."
Terry, who still looked a little sleepy, also turned toward them.
"Why Lion?"
Kenzo answered casually.
"Because she has courage that is quite obvious. It fits Gryffindor's symbol perfectly."
Terry nodded.
"Oh… that makes sense."
Michael smiled.
"Seems like you're pretty good at reading people."
Kenzo simply shrugged casually.
Hermione then crossed her arms slightly while looking at Kenzo with curiosity that still hadn't disappeared.
"Then," she said, "where do you think the two of them belong?"
Michael laughed softly.
"Now I'm curious."
Kenzo looked at both of them briefly.
"Michael is calm and thinks before acting," he said.
"He seems like someone who enjoys intellectual challenges."
Michael smiled widely.
"Well, that certainly sounds like Ravenclaw."
Then Kenzo glanced at Terry.
"Terry is actually quite intelligent."
Terry looked a little proud.
But Kenzo continued calmly,
"He just likes sleeping too much."
Michael immediately laughed.
Hermione covered her mouth while holding back laughter.
Terry groaned in annoyance.
"Hey! I only needed five more minutes earlier!"
Kenzo smiled faintly.
"Five minutes that almost made you miss breakfast."
Terry immediately looked panicked.
"Breakfast!"
He turned toward the Great Hall.
"Then we need to hurry!"
Michael laughed while starting to walk down the stairs.
"Relax, Terry. Food at Hogwarts won't disappear that quickly."
Kenzo began walking after Michael.
Hermione walked beside him.
Other students moved along the grand staircase of Hogwarts, heading to the Great Hall for breakfast before classes began.
Hermione then spoke quietly to Kenzo.
"By the way…"
Kenzo glanced at her.
"What is it, Lion?"
Hermione looked at him with clear curiosity.
"I still want to know something about your family."
Kenzo smiled faintly.
"I don't think that's a conversation suitable for a crowded staircase like this."
Hermione narrowed her eyes slightly.
"You're intentionally making me more curious, aren't you?"
Kenzo chuckled softly.
"Curiosity is the beginning of knowledge."
Hermione snorted quietly.
"That is such a Ravenclaw answer."
Then Kenzo smiled and shrugged.
"Besides, Ravenclaw likes mysteries while Gryffindor likes challenges."
He then began walking down the stairs.
"Think of it as a small challenge for you, Lion."
Hermione stood still for a few seconds.
Then she snorted softly.
"Alright," she said quietly with a faint smile.
"Then I will definitely find out."
Ahead of them, Kenzo, Michael, and Terry had already begun walking toward the Great Hall for breakfast.
And Hermione eventually followed behind them.
Not long after, the four of them reached the large doors of the Great Hall.
The doors were already open, and the aroma of breakfast greeted them.
Terry immediately walked faster.
"Alright, now I'm really hungry."
Michael shook his head while laughing softly.
Kenzo simply walked calmly.
Meanwhile Hermione was still thinking about one thing in her mind.
The name Otsutsuki.
And the longer she thought about it, the greater her curiosity became.
As they walked into the Great Hall, Michael and Terry finally noticed Hermione walking with them.
Michael glanced at Hermione and smiled politely.
"By the way, we haven't properly introduced ourselves yet," he said.
He nodded slightly.
"I'm Michael Corner."
Terry, walking beside him, added,
"I'm Terry Boot."
Hermione smiled politely at both of them.
"I'm Hermione Granger. Nice to meet you."
Michael nodded.
"So you're from Gryffindor?"
Hermione nodded.
"Yes."
Terry then said with a small laugh,
"Looks like Kenzo knew you first."
Hermione glanced briefly at Kenzo and smiled faintly.
"Yes, we met before."
Michael smiled casually.
"Well, it seems our first year will be quite interesting."
Terry nodded in agreement.
"Especially since we have a rather famous roommate."
He glanced at Kenzo with a grin.
Kenzo simply shrugged as if it wasn't important.
The four of them finally entered the Great Hall along with the other students.
Morning sunlight streamed through the tall windows of the castle, illuminating the four long tables filled with students eating breakfast.
The aroma of toast, eggs, sausages, and pumpkin juice filled the air.
Terry immediately hurried toward the Ravenclaw table.
"Alright, now I'm really hungry," he said enthusiastically.
Michael shook his head while laughing.
"You just woke up, Terry."
"That's exactly why," Terry replied quickly.
Kenzo walked more calmly behind them.
Hermione stopped briefly near the Ravenclaw table.
"I have to go to the Gryffindor table," she said.
Kenzo nodded lightly.
"See you in class later, Lion."
Hermione smiled faintly.
"Yes, see you later."
She then walked toward the Gryffindor table.
Harry and Ron were already sitting there.
Harry saw Hermione arrive and asked,
"Were you with Kenzo earlier?"
Hermione nodded as she sat down.
"Yes. We met on the stairs."
Ron, who was eating a sausage, snorted.
"That guy again."
Hermione looked at Ron slightly annoyed.
"What do you mean?"
Ron shrugged.
"I'm just saying… he's strange."
Harry glanced toward the Ravenclaw table.
Kenzo was sitting calmly while pouring pumpkin juice into his glass.
"I think he's just different," Harry said.
Hermione crossed her arms slightly.
"And very mysterious."
Meanwhile at the Ravenclaw table—
Terry had already started taking toast and sausages.
"I swear the food here is better than anything I've ever eaten," he said while eating.
Michael sat beside Kenzo while looking at their class schedule.
"Alright," he said.
"After breakfast we have our first class."
Terry asked while chewing,
"What class?"
"Charms with Professor Flitwick," Michael said.
Terry immediately looked nervous.
"Charms on the first day…"
Kenzo calmly bit into his toast.
Michael continued,
"After that we have Transfiguration with Professor McGonagall."
Terry swallowed hard.
"Great… two strict professors."
Kenzo smiled faintly.
"Doesn't that mean we'll learn something interesting?"
Michael nodded.
"True."
Not far from them—
Cho Chang at the Ravenclaw second-year table occasionally glanced toward Kenzo.
Marietta nudged her shoulder.
"You're looking again."
Cho immediately turned away.
"I'm not!"
Marietta just laughed softly.
At the Slytherin table—
Draco Malfoy was also watching Kenzo from afar.
He whispered to Crabbe and Goyle.
"That's him."
Crabbe looked nervous.
"Malfoy… are you sure?"
Draco narrowed his eyes.
"My father mentioned that family before."
Not far from them, Daphne Greengrass also observed Kenzo quietly.
But she said nothing.
A few minutes later—
Professor Dumbledore stood from his seat at the staff table.
The conversations in the Great Hall slowly quieted.
Dumbledore smiled warmly at the students.
"Good morning, everyone."
His voice echoed gently throughout the hall.
"Once breakfast is finished, your first classes will begin."
Some students immediately looked nervous.
Dumbledore continued lightly.
"I hope you are all ready to begin the new school year with enthusiasm."
He smiled once more before sitting down again.
The conversations in the Great Hall resumed.
Terry took a deep breath.
"Alright…"
He looked at Kenzo and Michael.
"It's really starting now."
Kenzo stood calmly.
He adjusted his Ravenclaw robe slightly.
"Yes."
His eyes briefly swept across the Great Hall.
"Our adventure at Hogwarts has just begun."
...
As he took a step, his eyes briefly scanned the entire Great Hall.
But before truly leaving, his gaze stopped for a moment at the staff table.
There, Professor Quirrell sat slightly hunched. His hands occasionally gripped the edge of his purple turban, and his eyes looked uneasy while speaking with the other professors.
Kenzo watched him for a few seconds.
His expression was calm, but behind that calmness, his hidden Rinne-Sharingan could sense something unusual.
A dark aura—faint… yet extremely dense.
As if something within the professor's body had not fully merged with him.
Kenzo narrowed his eyes slightly.
"So it's true…" he thought.
But he said nothing.
He simply looked away calmly as if nothing had happened.
Michael, standing beside him, said,
"Come on, if we don't go now, our first class might start without us."
Kenzo nodded lightly.
"Yes."
Terry quickly stood up.
"Alright! Before I change my mind!"
The three of them then walked out of the Great Hall with the other students heading toward their classrooms.
Meanwhile—
in a corner of the Great Hall unseen by anyone—
a thin shadow moved slowly along the wall.
Zetsu, hidden by illusion, wrote something in a small notebook.
"Subject Quirrell… level of dark aura remains stable."
He smiled faintly.
"Observation continues."
