waking up im in a bed to my side i see tyrik sitting looking at me i can see the relief on his face as he exclaims "yes your alive i wasnt sure you would make it." standing up i begin to remember and ask him franticaly "tyrik what happened to that monster. and wheres viden?" tyrik looking at me his face down cast speaks "well um most of the people made it out alive but...viden didnt make it he sacrificed himself to deal with it" learning this information was a strong blow i walk out of the small hut to see the village destroyed and ruined all crushed many men injured tyrik walking out with me puts his hand on my shoulder "hey man its not your fault." before walking off to help tend to the wounded. i approach the cheif and ask about the damages looking at me he responds "around 10 lightly injured 15 heavily injured and... 1 dead i presume tyrik already told you but it was viden he sacrificed himself for this village as his freind we owe much to you all and will continue to provide what hospitality we can" hardening my resolve i decide that i have to train and get stronger then no monster cauld hurt me or my loved ones again finding tyrik i ask him if he has any ideas on how i could get stronger looking at me he responds "well your best bet would be theese things called artifacts there are a few types but i heard there might be one a few days to the north" "then its decided" i say "i will head north tommorow if you wish you may come with me." a grin coming across his face tryik speaks "course ill come with you good to see your back to normal."giving him a fist bump i start helping the townsfolk rebuild till late evening but something strange occurs all the townsfolk start panicking and pointing to the sky as i look i quickly divert my gaze a eclipse is happening it would be bad to look directly at it i ask the neraby townsfolk why there so panicked stating that a eclipse isnt dangerous on of them far calmer then the others looks at me sitting down hes old missing a arm and with countless scars across his body speaks "kid the thing we fear is not the moon but what arrives with it a entity appears i covers the planet infecting all in its reach turning them into mindness monsters everyone else is trying to escape but i see no point in it itll catch up no matter what we do." before i respond i see behind him a figure its the same one from my dreams it slowly comes closer and closer i try to speak to the man warn him but no sound comes out the figure walks past him as he gets closer i feel a surge of power as i rush towards him my fist hitting straight into him but it goes through turning around i see my body now unconsious on the floor i watch as from the shadows of the trees a siloutte of pure darkness emerges it walks closer to me around it more and more shadows crawl all the people who see it panick but before the can run they are consumed i find myself locked in place it walks towards me and i hear it speak directly in my head "hello traveller i hoped for more amusement from you but alas" suddenly i feel myself sucked in and my consocness slowly fades never to return.
