The Demon King's Tower, which I thought was right in front of us, turned out to be a continuous stretch of quite rugged terrain. It was a truly hellish landscape.
The distance was intentionally stretched out so much that it was said one had to fight sleep to get through the boss battle.

Still, I enjoyed it. Even things like this were considered memes.
Because of that, we were on a forced march, crossing a mountain even in the dark.
Of course, we could have rested and gone. I agree with that.
