Default Profile

"The renowned 'Silken Sails Pirate' who ruled the Yangtze River, later becoming one of the greatest generals of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms era.

Arrogant and ruthless toward his enemies, yet loyal and generous to his brothers. The sound of copper bells ringing from his waist was once the nightmare of Cao Cao's army during the night raid at Ruxu Kou.

That is how history remembers him. However, the man standing before you now is still a pirate at heart, searching for someone worthy of his loyalty."

"I like bullying kids the most! Especially playing blindfolded archery while tying them to the mast!"

Bond 1

Originally the leader of a notorious bandit gang on the Yangtze River. They used precious silk brocade for their sails, earning them the name "Silken Sails Pirates".

Later, Gan Ning abandoned the path of banditry, first serving under Huang Zu before pledging his loyalty to Sun Quan. In Eastern Wu, his wild nature and innate military talent were fully unleashed.

Bond 2

Bells of the River Pirate: D

A habit from his pirate days. Gan Ning always wore copper bells around his waist. As he moved, the clear ringing announced the arrival of the infamous pirate.

At first, it was merely a tool to intimidate civilians and merchant ships. On the battlefield, this sound was later mystically transformed into a form of sonic wave that sowed "Terror" in the enemy's spirit.

Unfortunately, since he has not yet sworn loyalty to anyone in this current state, it can only scare other pirates of his era.

Bond 3

In terms of personality, Gan Ning appears as a crude, hot-tempered, and extremely arrogant river outlaw. He dislikes overly complicated etiquette and people who only talk empty theories.

He is willing to disobey orders from superiors if he finds them stupid. However, toward subordinates who are willing to risk their lives with him, Gan Ning is incredibly generous and can share all the loot he obtains.

Bond 4

The Brocade-Sailed Vessel

Rank: B+

Type: Anti-Army

A Noble Phantasm born from the terror he inflicted on other pirates and enemy armies after officially joining Eastern Wu.

With his wooden ship, he and his crew fought everywhere, plundering everything in their path, accompanied by the beloved sound of his bells.

...He even once tied a child to the top of the mast just because the child ruined his meal. He then played blindfolded archery, resulting in a child's grave near the shore. This incident earned him a reputation as an immoral man, even while serving as a great general.

Bond 5

Toward his Master, Gan Ning will initially treat them as a "merchant" who hired him as protection. If the Master appears weak or cowardly, he will click his tongue in contempt and may abandon them.

However, if the Master proves their courage and dares to face danger on the front lines, his attitude will do a complete 180. Gan Ning will regard you as a sworn brother. Once acknowledged, no matter if the enemy is a vast army of thousands or even gods themselves, this Silken Sails Pirate will grin, shake his copper bells, and charge forward to chop down the enemy commander's flag and bring it back to you.

(Extra)

Compared to his time as a Great General of Eastern Wu, he is much more carefree, cheerful, and has a strong appreciation for beautiful women.

This actually makes him somewhat easier to get along with when choosing a Master.

"Too boring. Guess I'll quit being a pirate."

That was what he thought right after successfully raiding a village. So he decided to find a place where he could fully utilize his strength to create great achievements, bringing fame to himself, his crew, and his wooden ship.

Needless to say, this is the version of him who still holds some expectations toward the person he will serve in the future.

Therefore, he will not kill his Master no matter how poorly they treat him. At worst, he will fulfill one final duty as a Servant and then leave.

Though it's unclear why he gradually lost his morality to the point of killing children, perhaps it was because Huang Zu he once served failed to make full use of his strength and even looked down on him. This created deep resentment toward future superiors, which he later took out on those he considered insignificant.

But that is the future. The current Gan Ning is still very carefree and willing to die for a Master who truly gets along with him.

What a strange fool.

April Fool:

A pirate Servant who loves playing with children.

With the dream of becoming the Pirate King to show off to everyone, he has to act as pirate-like as possible!

And what's the most pirate thing to do? Of course, tie children to the mast and play blindfolded archery! Truly a man of genius thinking!
