"So she's the eldest daughter of Alpha Arnold? Your half brother's ex-fiance?" Rain inquired, his hands dipped into his pocket as he took steady strides towards the balcony where I stood, my hands firmly holding the hand rail for balance.
I was upset but I don't even know why. Why am I upset? I know that i don't have any right to be but I just can't help it.
Rain placed his hands on my shoulders and tapped gently in comfort.
"I didn't understand why you decided to get involved with her before but now that I saw everything play out in front of my very eyes, I think I kinda do."
"She's going through so much and sadly, only a guy like you can help her but what I don't understand is why you agreed on marriage."
