As Reno was lost in thought, Jinbe had already finished reporting and was on his way back. Soon, he reappeared within Reno's line of sight.
Jinbe walked up and said, "Lady Kozuki Toki wishes to see you. Please follow me."
Without saying anything else, Jinbe turned and led the way. Reno followed behind him toward the upper floor where Toki was waiting.
Before long, Jinbe brought Reno to the entrance of a hall. The door was open, and from outside, Reno could see three people inside, one adult and two children, eating together.
Before Jinbe could announce him, Reno casually floated in as if he were in his own home. He grabbed some food from the table and said while eating, "I didn't expect the food in Wano to be this good. But honestly, the one who made it is even more impressive. Lady Toki, your cooking is amazing."
Jinbe's face immediately darkened when he saw this and he shouted, "You brat, this is Lady Toki and the young masters' breakfast. How dare you just eat it like that?"
Kozuki Toki did not seem angry at all. She gently waved her hand and said, "It's fine. He is a friend of Oden. I failed to receive him properly. Let him eat."
After being stopped, Jinbe did not say anything more.
Reno then looked at the young boy beside Toki and asked with a smile, "Are you Kozuki Momonosuke, the son Oden always talks about?"
As soon as he heard this, Momonosuke's face turned red with anger. He glared at Reno. The younger girl, Hiyori, looked at Reno curiously.
Neither of them spoke and both looked toward Toki.
When Toki looked over, Reno smiled and said casually, "If that big fool talks about me through gritted teeth, then yes, that would be me."
"Hahaha…"
Reno's words made Toki laugh. It was the first time she had laughed since Oden left to confront Orochi.
After laughing for a moment, she asked, "Did you come to Wano alone, or were you traveling with others?"
Reno had not eaten since waking up and was genuinely hungry. While eating, he replied, "Before I answer that, I want to ask you something, Lady Toki. About your ability to manipulate time. Aside from traveling through time, can you see the future of Wano?"
The moment she heard this, Toki's expression changed completely.
She stared at Reno and asked seriously, "How do you know about my ability? And how do you know I can travel through time?"
She was certain that Oden would not casually reveal this secret, so Reno knowing it made her uneasy.
Reno rolled his eyes at her cautious reaction and said, "Relax. I'm not your enemy. Since that big fool mentioned me, he should have told you about my abilities too."
"If I really wanted to harm you, I could wipe out Oden Castle in an instant. There would be no need for all this."
Hearing this, Toki recalled how Oden spoke about Reno. Although he often sounded frustrated, there was always admiration in his words.
She slowly relaxed.
"My ability only allows me to travel forward in time," she said. "I cannot see the future."
Reno nodded slightly. That matched what he knew.
Toki could only go to the future, not return.
As for the so called prophecy of Wano's future, it most likely came from Oden after reaching Laugh Tale, or from something Roger and Rayleigh had learned there.
Without hesitation, Reno raised his hand and released a faint green energy that enveloped Momonosuke and Hiyori, isolating them so they could not hear the conversation.
Then he looked directly at Toki and said,
"If no one intervenes, both you and that big fool will die, and Wano will fall into hell for twenty years."
"What did you say?"
Toki stood up abruptly, shock written all over her face.
Reno looked at her and said calmly, "You heard me."
Toki froze, her mind in turmoil.
After a long moment, she finally regained her composure and asked, "Since you know this, you must have a way to change it, right?"
At first, she had doubted him.
But thinking about Oden's current situation, along with Reno's past help, she realized he had no reason to lie.
Reno smiled slightly when he saw her trust him.
Everything was going according to plan.
Once he dealt with Toki, winning over Hiyori would be much easier.
And as for Oden, that big fool would not dare oppose him.
After all, everyone knew one thing clearly.
Oden was absolutely terrified of his wife.
