Jason exited the shower and got dressed. He doesn't have many pairs of clothes left since they all got burned. 'I really need to head to the shopping center,' he thought to himself. He had an hour to kill before class started so he went to the cafeteria to grab something to eat. Along the way he decided to take a look at his stat page and see what changed.

'Wow I grew a lot,' Jason thought to himself. He took a moment to decide where he wanted to allocate his points and started to distribute them.

'There we go. Now I should be able to deal some damage.' Jason thought proudly. 'But I don't know if it's enough to deal with the fish or not.'
Jason walked into the cafeteria and stood in line to grab his food. Once he grabbed his tray, he walked to an empty table in the corner of the cafeteria and sat down. Jason never really liked crowded places and wanted to keep his distance from people as much as possible. He hoped to enjoy his bacon egg and cheese omelette in peace. That peace was disrupted a few minutes after he started eating.
"Well, well, well. Looked who the cat dragged in." Someone said as a shadow loomed over Jason. Jason looked up and saw Anthony there. Jason looked at him and took another bite of his omelette. Anthony looked at Jason and grinned. "Looks like the little pussy is so shocked at my presence he doesn't know what to do."
Jason took another bite of his omelette.
"Are you ignoring me?" Anthony started walking around the table.
Jason took the last of his omelette into his mouth and started chewing.
"I just had a good idea. A good pummeling should fix your attitude…wait. Where did he go?"
Jason used flame step to disappear from the cafeteria and reappeared outside the building. He walked to the window that was right next to the table he was sitting at and knocked three times. Anthony turned in bewilderment as Jason simply waved at him. Jason then headed to the lecture hall as class was about to begin.
Jason entered homeroom and sat down at his desk and waited for Invidia to enter. A few minutes before class began, Anthony showed up and made a beeline for Jason's desk.
Jason was starting to get annoyed from this guy. 'Why won't he leave me alone?' Jason thought to himself. The longer Anthony stood before him and mocked his every move, the more Jason wanted to have sushi for lunch. And the worst part was that Anthony kept drawing a crowd just to humiliate him. The whole class (or those that were present) were drawn in by the commotion that Anthony was causing. Jason managed to keep a straight face despite his growing irritation.
"Awe, looks like the little lizard is shaking in his shoes. How about we finish the discussion from earlier," Anthony said while cracking his knuckles.
Jason looked at his watch and then back at Anthony.
"I've had enough of your disrespect, little worm." Anthony grabbed Jason by the neck and lifted him up off of his chair. Jason didn't fight back.
Jason clenched his fists to the point where blood started leaking from his hands. 'I really want to punch him," Jason thought. 'But I can't. I want him to dig his own grave first. Then we will have our fight. So I must resist the urge to fight him here.'
'I will resist.'
'I will endure.
Anthony's grip tightened on Jason's throat.
'Why the fuck is this so damn hard?'
The announcement bell went off signaling the start of class and Invidia walked in.
She looked in Jason's direction and saw Anthony grabbing Jason around the neck.
(Invidia's pov)
Invidia was happy for the first time in a while and even an idiot could figure out why. She actually had sex with an extremely rare blessed and even then, it wasn't pathetic in the least. It was amazingly beautiful. She never had such delight in satisfying her desire before. Yet when it came to Jason, she didn't know what was different. Every single move made felt like a wave of fire was erupting within. It was as if a volcano erupted inside her, but instead of scolding lava, it was soft and warm. She felt like a soothing blanket fell on her and she didn't want to let go. The only reason why she had to go was because of a meeting she had to attend and that meeting was with the headmaster. She had to inform her of Jason in full detail. She delayed the meeting as much as she could but it couldn't wait any longer. She had to inform the headmaster whether she liked it or not. If she hadn't she would lose her job and she wouldn't get to see Jason again. She frowned at the thought. No. She had to keep meeting him. She had to see him again. No matter the cost. However rules dictate that the second a professor entered their respective class room was the second class started. So she had to wait patiently for the announcement bell.
The second the bell went off, she entered the room and the sight she saw froze her to the core.
Anthony had a very firm grip on Jason's neck. And the worst part? Jason wasn't fighting back. His hands remained by his sides clenched so tight that blood was leaking out and spilling onto the floor. Invidia walked over to the two of them and grabbed Anthony's arm. "Huh? Who dares inter…" before he could finish, Invidia pulled down on his arm and dislocated his shoulder in one motion. Anthony let go of Jason as he grabbed his arm.invidia grabbed Anthony by his good arm and pulled him to the front of the class.
"Listen well students. This is my punishment for breaking the rules." She activated her blessing. Her blonde hair turned green as the smooth strands started to compress together. Her skin began to turn into scales made of keratin and her legs merge together turning into an elongated circular shape and began to extend for five feet before ending in a tail. Her silver eyes were now closed and her hair moved on own. Hisses were coming from her head. Her hair turned into snakes and her teeth had two fangs that curve backward into her mouth. Her fingernails turned into claws that looked like they could rip a human into pieces. She turned her head toward Anthony.the snakes hissed at him as Anthony stepped back.
"I don't care what any of you do outside this room," Invidia said coldly. "However, rules exist for a reason and must be followed accordingly. Now be a good boy and accept your punishment."
She grabbed Anthony by the face forcing him to look at her own before opened her eyes. Anthony froze to a halt. His eyes and mouth opened wide in fear as if he saw something so horrifying that he couldn't do anything at all. Then his body began to turn to stone. She undid her transformation and looked at the class who was stunned in disbelief.
"I am a gorgon." Invidia said. "The origin of my race, Medusa, was cursed by the Greek goddess Athena because Poseidon took her in Athena's own temple. Whether Medusa wanted it or not didn't matter to Athena. All that did matter, was that Poseidon defiled one of her followers and because she couldn't take her wrath on Poseidon, she turned it on Medusa. Medusa taught her children not to take their anger out on people as that would lead us on the path of ruin. We had to be better. Despite our beliefs, many people have tried to eliminate our kind simply because of the fact that we are considered monsters. The only thing we wanted was to tend to our garden not to become monsters."
Invidia looked at Anthony. "He can still hear and see everything. He can still think too, but he cannot move. He cannot breathe. And only I can undo the affliction. If someone else tries, he dies." She looked back at the stunned students in her class.
"Any questions about your first lesson today?"
