Mara and Astrid went out for a walk and they just got into the house. She saw them looking puzzled, she moved quietly to the portal, "What happened?"
"The Astral Chimera," She turned her eyes to Luna. "I'm sorry what? What is that?"
"One of the creatures dad spoke of, it got mom but it's back to it's planet."
"The joker of the seven? How did it get here? Except someone opened a loophole. Void! No, Vexis! Xander, have you called Zephyr or Orion?"
"I spoke to him earlier, he said he had to be with his dad. They had an argument and Void wants reconciliation."
"And Vexis?"
A voice comes from behind them, "He's here."
They all turn to Vexis, shocked. He followed Persephone here while he tried to monitor the Astral Chimera.
"I never got to see the igloo he built but I guess I see it now, it's alright. I'm not here to pass on judgment. I just wanted to see the Astral Chimera." He took his glance to Elysium, Xander standing in front of her as a means of protection.

"Wait! Look into my eyes. Where have you been? Did you see the Astral Chimera? Did you see Felix, Celestia or Persephone?"
She replied, "No I've not been at the lab for a while now. I just got back from my house. What happened over here?"
"It got here and Vexis just left too," Aurora's smile fades.
"Vexis? How'd he find us? That's almost impossible. Who led him here? So what's next?"
"Nothing, we just need to stay clear of the loopholes and the laws."
Xander stared at his phone and back at Aurora. Zephyr just told him about Aurora's visit to their father's house. He knew something was up. He stayed mute and didn't vent it out.
Mara sat by the table, she stared at her watch. It's 11:34pm, she ate her bowl of cereal. Her chewing turned slow when she stared at the machines. She realized she missed Galen.

She shut the portal and continued with the bowl of cereal. The machine shook. She opened the portal again, this time he sent five papers.
She read the papers silently, and he revealed some dark secrets about his wife. He claimed that their marriage was set up by Vexis and Void. He claimed that she had a hand in his disappearance. He said she couldn't be trusted, she's an ally to his enemy.
She wrote back to him, he sent his last letter for the night with a 'good night' at the end.
She ate up her bowl completely, she dropped the plate at the kitchen sink. She takes her phone, she snapped what he sent and she burned the papers. Elysium shouldn't know about this.
She checked every entrance of the house and she locked them. She walked up the stairs, on her way to her room with Aurora. She saw her smiling at her phone, she had someone on the call. It was a man.
