Cora was walking toward her class, her eyes glued to her phone, fingers moving quickly across the screen.Without warningShe bumped into someone.
"Watch it, four-eyes!" she snapped angrily, not even bothering to look up as she brushed past.
"Says someone who looks like she has six."
The voice was calm… almost amused.She paused.Slowly, she turned around.And the moment her eyes landed on him,a soft gasp escaped her lips…Damn…He was exactly her type.
Tall,broad shoulders,black hair falling perfectly over his forehead. A sharp, well-defined jawline. His eyes… dark and unreadable. And there was something about him,something dangerous…Bad-boy energy.
She smiled faintly.Seems my beauty got to him too…
She stepped closer, her gaze turning seductive as she locked eyes with him."Are you a student here?" she asked smoothly.
The guy said nothing at first, just staring back at her.
"Answer me," she demanded.
"Yes," he finally replied.
Cora's expression changed instantly.
She clicked her tongue and looked away.
"Then we're not compatible."Without another word, she turned and walked off.
Dacio watched her retreating figure, his eyes scanning her from head to toe.
"And who said we were compatible in the first place?" he muttered under his breath.
He frowned slightly.Soulmate?Any interest he had in her vanished just as quickly as it came.He turned and walked away.
The moment Luna, Cora, and Larisa stepped into their lecture hall.Whispers erupted instantly.
"Is that them?"
"First time seeing them in class…"
"They're so hot."
"I wish I had their confidence."
Larisa rolled her eyes as they took their seats.
"I can't believe I'm actually here today," she groaned. "This might be the most boring day of my life."
Just then…Cassius, Logan, and Dacio walked in.The murmurs doubled.
"Cassius is so fine… and smart too."
"What happened to Logan's face?"
"Dacio is my type. Calm and dangerous."
Larisa scoffed when her eyes landed on Logan."And what is that horny pervert doing here?"
"Who?" Cora asked, glancing around.
"The one I told you about."
Cora followed her gaze.But instead, her eyes locked with Dacio…For a brief moment, time stilled.
Then she quickly looked away.
"What the hell is he doing here?" she muttered.
"Who?" Larisa asked.
"Your horny pervert," Cora replied dryly.
Larisa rolled her eyes."I don't freaking know."
At that moment, Logan looked in their direction…and froze.
"Fuck…" he muttered. "That woman-man is here."
Dacio, however, remained focused… his gaze still on Cora.
"Who?" Cassius asked.
"The one who beat the hell out of me,"Logan said under his breath. "She's staring at me."
Cassius smirked slightly."Perfect. Now you can finally ask her out."
Then…His eyes shifted and landed on Luna…their gazes locked.
Luna's eyes were dark… unreadable.Then she smiled,a slow, dangerous smile.Cassius looked away immediately.
"And here comes my prey," Luna murmured, her lips curling.
Nova had just walked in.A bottle of chilled water in one hand, books in the other.
"Hey, bitch!" Luna called out.Her girls grinned.
Nova stopped, her eyes narrowing as she recognized her.
"She just called your girl that?" Logan whispered to Cassius but he said nothing.
"I want that water," Luna said, standing up."I'm thirsty."
She walked toward Nova…And deliberately crashed into her.
The books fell to the floor."What the fuck?!" Nova snapped as gasps filled the room.
"She's dead…"
"Luna won't spare her."
Luna only smiled,she took the bottle of water casually,opened it and took a sip.
Then suddenly…She frowned.
And spat the water right onto Nova's books.
Gasps echoed louder.
"What the hell, Luna?!" Nova snapped.
Logan leaned toward Cassius."You're not going to do anything?"
Cassius remained silent.
Luna tilted her head slightly.
"This tastes awful," she said lazily. "Did you fill it with your urine?"
Laughter erupted.
She handed the bottle back, then leaned closer to Nova's ear.
"Calling my name with that filthy mouth…" she whispered softly, "was your biggest mistake."
Nova stiffened.
Luna pulled back—Then suddenly pecked her cheek.
Nova froze, eyes wide in shock.
"Love you, bitch," Luna winked.
The hall went wild.
"Luna, kiss me too!"
"I love you!"
Grinning, Luna turned…And walked straight toward Cassius.
"Hello, baddie," she said, sliding into the seat between him and Logan.
"It's nice seeing you again."She winked at Cassius.
He said nothing but just stared at her… completely thrown off.
"Who the hell are you, bi…"Logan's words died instantly.
Luna had wrapped her arms around his neck.His brain shut down immediately.
She traced her fingers slowly down his chest.
"I'm Luna," she whispered softly.
Then she pinched him lightly on his nipple.
Logan shuddered, licking his lips unconsciously."Take me away, Luna…" he muttered, completely gone.
