Leo sat quietly with Mr. Miles, carefully observing him.
Something felt off.
Mr. Miles looked tired… but more than that, he seemed deeply worried.
"Father… is everything okay?" Leo asked gently.
Mr. Miles looked at him for a moment, then sighed.
"Leo… I met some people today," he began. "I asked them to help me gather evidence against Seth."
Leo listened closely.
"But now… they're hesitating," Mr. Miles continued. "They said if they go against Seth, it could bring trouble to them. So… no one is willing to help anymore."
Leo's expression fell.
He felt a heaviness in his chest.
Mr. Miles looked at him and forced a small smile.
"Leo, it's getting late. You should go and rest. Don't worry… I'll figure something out."
Leo nodded slowly. "Okay, Father. You should rest too… and please don't worry too much. Goodnight."
"Goodnight, Leo."
Leo walked back to his room and sat on his bed.
He ran his hand through his hair, thinking deeply.
"This is bad… no one is willing to help us now," he thought.
Then suddenly, an idea came to him.
"What about Mr. Fred?"
Leo sat up.
"He was Father's close friend… and he's already helping Werren. Maybe he can help us too."
Leo felt a little hopeful.
"Yes… tomorrow I'll tell Father about Mr. Fred."
With that thought, he lay down and slowly drifted to sleep.
The next morning—
At Werren's house, everything was busy.
Werren was preparing to leave.
Soon, he arrived at the airport.
"I'm going to meet Leo," Werren said to his assistant.
"Rayan, while I'm gone, take care of the company."
"Yes, sir," Rayan replied respectfully.
Werren nodded and walked toward his flight, his expression serious.
"I need to talk to Leo… things are getting worse," he thought.
Meanwhile, at a café—
Emily was sitting quietly with her friend Celeste.
There was a plate of food in front of her… untouched.
Celeste looked at her with concern.
"Hey, Emily… you're not eating anything," she said. "What's wrong?"
Emily looked down. "I don't feel like eating…"
Celeste studied her for a moment, then sighed.
"Is this because of Leo?"
Emily stayed silent.
Celeste leaned forward slightly.
"Is it because of what happened that day?" she asked softly.
Emily slowly looked up… her eyes filled with hesitation.
