Harry looked at the scepter in his hand. This scepter could enhance his psionic abilities; he could feel that beyond the invisible barrier, there really was something out there.
Compared to those existences, he felt as if he were living in a tiny bubble that isolated them. Now, Harry had mastered a way to bypass the bubble and attract the attention of those existences.
He put down the scepter, cold sweat pouring down his forehead—this was far more terrifying than Thanos's fleet.
Besides that, he also discovered that he was connected in some mysterious way to a powerful existence at the core of the Earth, transmitting some kind of energy to it.
It seemed there was still much to be done.

'They are very powerful—' halfway through, Frank changed his phrasing, 'Uh, I mean the two groups that day were actually one and the same, all to fake the scene.'
'Very well. Impersonating the Police, was it? Our scope has narrowed. Anything else?' Harry didn't say where it had narrowed to; they both understood implicitly.
Frank was silent for a moment but finally decided to speak: 'The only reason I can think of is what I did overseas.'
Even though Harry already knew the whole story, he still had to listen to avoid any discrepancies from his memory.
'When we were overseas, a Commander was parachuted in from above. He gathered people from various units and formed the Hellhound Squad.'
'This squad did everything out there: assassinations, kidnappings, interrogations...'
Frank gave a self-deprecating laugh as he spoke.
'Truly a bunch of animals. But we did it. As a soldier, I couldn't question my superiors, but thinking back now, there were many fishy things about it.'
Harry thought for a moment; this was likely something Frank would have to investigate himself.
Just as well, it could be used to attack the Rollins Family, the NSA, and the CIA, preparing for what needed to be done later.
Harry said, 'Do you want to get to the bottom of this? I can give you a vacation.'
Frank nodded.
'Then go investigate. If you need help, just ask. Take some equipment with you as well.'
Frank smiled. 'You really are the best boss in the World.'
'Don't mention it. It's only right to be considerate of employees.' Harry shrugged; after all, this was beneficial to him too.
