Makarov stared at the bandage on his hand. All the annoyance he felt minutes ago had vanished, replaced by doubt, concern, and a deep appreciation for talent.
Alex had not let him down; being able to wound a mage of his caliber was no small feat. "Alex, your magic is definitely special. You must be extremely careful when using it don't go around seriously injuring innocent people."
"Master, to be honest, when my attack hit your hand, I could feel the peculiarity of my power. If I'm not mistaken, my magic has the ability to deny reality... as if it turns everything into fiction," Alex explained.
After all, connecting the facts so far, he definitely possessed the ability of the Medaka Box character, Kumagawa Misogi: All Fiction. According to internet lore, All Fiction is among the most broken abilities; it can turn anything into fiction, from a color making it vanish from the world to an action. If you receive a fatal wound, you can make it so that the wound never happened. It can even treat death as if it never occurred. But to know its full capacity, he first had to master it.
Makarov couldn't quite grasp Alex's words. "What are you saying, brat? Explain yourself clearly! What do you mean by 'denying reality'?"
Alex approached the Guild Master. His magic was a gift from a divine entity, and after using it for the first time, he had a clear idea of how it worked. "I'll show you so you can understand better, Master." Alex took Makarov's hand and circulated the magical power within his body, thinking: 'Makarov's wound never happened.'
The wound on Makarov's hand vanished without a trace. The pain stopped instantly. To check, Makarov unraveled the bandage Erza had applied. When he saw his palm, he was stunned the injury was gone. Erza checked as well, and both saw the shock in each other's eyes. The young man named Alex was going to be a powerhouse in the future.
"Very well. I think I understand your magic better now. You must train to dominate it; believe it or not, mages who lack control over their power cause accidents. So, until you master it, you are forbidden from fighting any mage or civilian. But... if you happen to fight a Dark Guild or a Rogue Mage, you can use your magic without holding back. Understood?"
Alex nodded. "I will follow your orders, Master."
"Good. Since you can use magic now, it's time you joined the guild. Let's finish the paperwork inside," Makarov said, walking toward the bar.
Once inside the guild hall, Makarov made an announcement. "Listen up, brats! Today, Alex Weiss the young man Erza brought in is finally joining us! He's one of us now, so let's have a party to celebrate!"
The guild erupted in cheers. Even though he hadn't officially joined until now, they already considered him family. Mirajane approached Alex with a smile. "Congratulations on joining, Alex. You're no longer an 'imposter' among us. Fufufu," she giggled at her little joke.
"Thanks for the welcome, Mira. I couldn't join before because of guild policy... only mages can join."
"Alright, where do you want your guild mark, and what color?"
Alex thought for a moment. "Place it on my right chest. I want it to be red." Alex lifted his shirt so Mirajane could mark him.
"So you like the color red, huh, Alex? You're not even trying to hide it," Mira teased. Alex blushed slightly. "I don't know what you're talking about."
After being marked with the emblem, Gray, Natsu, Happy, and Elfman came over to congratulate him. "It was about time, Alex," Gray said, leaning in to whisper. "Mirajane was starting to tell everyone you were an infiltrator."
"Hahaha! My sister can be a bit of a jokester, so as a MAN, don't take it seriously!" Elfman roared.
"Hey Alex, what kind of magic do you have? Let's have a match! Let's see who's stronger!" Natsu, true to his nature, couldn't go a day without a fight.
Before Natsu could throw a punch, a shadow appeared behind him and grabbed him by the neck. "Listen, Natsu! Alex just learned his magic. It's way too early for him to be fighting a troublemaker like you, so behave or I'll give you a beating!" Erza declared.
Watching Erza scold Natsu, the others shook their heads. Wakaba, sitting with Macao and Cana, muttered, "Seriously, why does Erza always jump to defend Alex? In a way, I'm jealous!"
"Friend, that's why your wife left you for looking where you shouldn't," Macao laughed.
Annoyed, Wakaba fired back, "Excuse me? If someone with a partner said that, maybe I'd listen. But you? Didn't your wife leave you too?" The two middle-aged men immediately started brawling as part of their daily routine. Cana sighed, "Seriously, why do those two fight every day? Can't they just sit and drink?"
And so, the guild ended in a full-scale brawl, just like any other day in Fairy Tail
....
Erza and Alex returned home after the party. "Tell me, Alex, now that you've awakened your magic, do you plan on taking a mission soon?"
"For now, I think it's best to keep training. It's only been a week since I started this new life; I still have a long way to go. I need to train my magic to use it better. I don't want to cause an accident like the Master said. So, I'll be counting on your sponsorship for a while longer, Erza."
"Of course. Even if you don't contribute anything, I will keep supporting you. You can focus on your training," Erza said, as if supporting a man her age was perfectly normal. "So, Alex... does your 'big sister' need to take care of your needs tonight?" Erza asked in a sensual tone, mimicking a stroking motion with her hand.
Alex swallowed hard at the erotic sight, torn between accepting or waiting. On one hand, he was developing real feelings for her; on the other, he knew the "divine gift" influenced her behavior. 'Should I unleash my lust or take it in moderation?' he wondered.
But if he didn't do it today, he'd definitely do it tomorrow. Why control himself? If a beautiful woman like Erza wants to help, it would be a waste as a man to refuse. "Then Erza, I'm counting on you tonight. How much of that adult magazine have you actually read?"
"I've read the entire thing. So, ask me for whatever you want," Erza said without a shred of shame.
Music to his ears. "Then let's go to the bedroom. The night is young; I want to see just how much you've learned."
They entered the bedroom, ready to take another step into their adult life.

Author's Note: Do you want the smut chapters to be frequent, or should I leave some space between them?Since I'm writing a smut novel, should I include Mirajane, Lucy, or Cana in the main story? Or should I do it in "What If..." style chapters?
