The warehouse lights flickered as tension filled the air.
Rain tapped against the broken windows while two figures faced each other across the room.
Fredy.
And Daredevil.
Daredevil held his batons loosely, but his stance was ready.
Every muscle in his body was prepared to move.
Fredy stood calmly with his shadow soldiers behind him.
Neither of them attacked immediately.
Daredevil finally spoke.
"You're strong."
Fredy tilted his head slightly.
"That obvious?"
Daredevil nodded.
"I can hear your heartbeat."
Fredy raised an eyebrow.
"And?"
"It's calm."
Daredevil tightened his grip on the batons.
"Too calm."
Fredy smiled faintly.
"Maybe I just don't see you as a threat."
That was enough.
Daredevil moved.
WHOOSH!
His baton cut through the air as he rushed forward with incredible speed.
Fredy reacted instantly.
CLANG!
The baton struck Fredy's raised arm.
Fredy slid back slightly.
Daredevil followed up immediately.
Strike.
Kick.
Spin.
His attacks were fast and precise.
But Fredy's movements were faster.
He dodged most of the strikes while blocking the rest.
"You fight well," Fredy said.
Daredevil replied without stopping.
"You summon monsters."
Fredy chuckled.
"Fair point."
Daredevil suddenly flipped backward and threw his baton.
The weapon spun toward Fredy.
Fredy vanished.
Shadow Dash.
He reappeared behind Daredevil.
BAM!
Fredy's fist struck Daredevil's shoulder.
The vigilante rolled across the floor but quickly recovered.
Daredevil frowned behind the mask.
"Teleportation…"
Fredy corrected him.
"Shadow movement."
Daredevil's senses focused harder.
He could hear Fredy's position through the echo of his movements.
But the shadows themselves confused his radar-like perception.
Then suddenly—
CLAP.
A webline shot through the broken window.
A familiar voice echoed inside the warehouse.
"Oh good!"
"Everyone started the party without me."
Both men looked up.
A red-and-blue figure swung into the room.
Spider-Man.
Spider-Man landed between them.
He looked at Daredevil.
"Hey Devil Guy."
Then he looked at Fredy.
"And Shadow Guy."
He sighed dramatically.
"Why are all the cool fights happening tonight?"
Daredevil lowered his baton slightly.
"You know him?"
Spider-Man shrugged.
"Met him yesterday."
He pointed at Fredy.
"He punches really hard."
Fredy crossed his arms.
"And you talk too much."
Spider-Man nodded.
"Also true."
Daredevil spoke seriously.
"This man is attacking Fisk operations."
Spider-Man looked surprised.
"Oh."
He turned toward Fredy.
"Okay, that part I actually support."
Daredevil sighed.
"You're not helping."
But before the conversation could continue—
The warehouse roof suddenly exploded.
BOOOOM!
Metal debris rained down as a massive armored figure crashed through the ceiling.
Spider-Man jumped back.
"Oh come on!"
"Didn't we already beat you yesterday?!"
The armored figure stood up slowly.
Rhino.
But something was different.
The armor looked heavier.
Stronger.
More advanced.
Inside the suit, Rhino laughed.
"You think one defeat would stop me?"
Fredy narrowed his eyes.
Rhino pointed at him angrily.
"Kingpin wants you dead!"
Behind Rhino, several armored mercenaries entered the warehouse.
Heavy weapons pointed at the three heroes.
Spider-Man groaned.
"Great."
He looked at Daredevil.
"Are we… teaming up now?"
Daredevil twirled his batons.
"Looks like it."
Fredy cracked his knuckles calmly.
Behind him, his shadow soldiers rose from the ground.
Shade.
Knight.
And the others.
Fredy's voice was quiet.
"But this time…"
His shadow spread across the entire floor.
"…I'm not holding back."
Rhino roared.
"ATTACK!"
Gunfire erupted.
Missiles launched.
And the warehouse exploded into chaos as Spider-Man, Daredevil, and the Shadow Monarch's heir fought side by side.
