Chapter 8 - The Eighth Situation: Triceps Pulldown

"Hm, this time I need to do triceps as my workout." Dokusha thought as she was tying her own hair to make it into a ponytail again. She was preparing herself to do the tricep pulldown.

"Hm, I was able to do 13 reps despite putting the tricep weight machine to 35 pounds. How interesting that I have this much strength." 

[Second Tricep Pull Down Set: 11 Reps

Time Completed: 27.76 Seconds ]

"That was a lot shorter than my last rep. Maybe I rushed the rep too much this time." 

[Third Tricep Pull Down Set: 12 Reps

Time Completed: 32.32 Seconds] 

"Not bad, I suppose. I should move onto my short abs workout and cooldown exercise now."
