Initial Symptoms: Unwanted mana dispensing from body, weakening of body, and core. Using his money and influence to procure and take a extremely experimental, alpha version of a special life expanding, and possible youth revitalization potion of Rejuvenate, but after taking the potion he'd suffered extreme pain, and signs of accelarated aging. For his status, and high risk of exposure of Rejuvenate side-effects, he was immediately transferred to R.I.H. Arcana Menjum facility, attending doctor, Gregor Bunth.
This is Dr. Gregor Bunth, a senior member of Dr. James' team, after a priority patient, Mr. Sterling, currently assigned Subject 1001, initial check-up with Mr. Sterling...was difficult, he demanded and order me and the staff to treat him immediately, and proving to be a difficult patient to handle.
After some coursing, I could finally perform my initial examination, immediately after checking the vitals, x-rays, and other tests, after several experiences with other subjects, I didn't want to wait, and seems that my suspensions were spot on.
Subject 1001, Johnathan Sterling, shows that his mana core, and magical vein are seriously compromised, not by age, but for foolish taking a alpha stage Rejuvenate potion...[Background: Stubborn idiot, rich people always do stupid things.] [Clear throat]...Mr. Sterling's vital are erratic, and it's clear that this old man is in serious danger.

DAY 8. This is the progress documentation of Johnathan Sterling, assign as Subject: 1001, this is Mr. Sterling, third official day in R.I.H. Arcana Menjum, he is still being difficult, but after what appears to be heart attack, my nurses went to ressurect Mr. Sterling, resulting in the...unfornate...discovery of a new affliction of Subject 1001, upon contact with Mr. Sterling's body, the nurses began to feel weaker, and they couldn't remove their hands from the patient, after some doing we've saved the nurses, and the patients vitals, and physical status returned to normal, whatever that potion he took is doing to him, it's hazardous to have direct, physical contact with Subject 1001.

[Clear throat] This is Dr. Gregor Bunth, Subject 1001 log 22, I'd just ordered the have a nurse administrate a sedative, calming down the patient, the Subject is still difficult, most of my reports, and examinations with Mr. Sterling, barely get done.
I've tried to be civil, but things have escalated to this point, aside from administrating mana restoration potions, there's been no possitive change on Mr. Sterling's affliction.
From what tests, and observations have shown that the subject, has become permanently paler, and more gaunt when a long period has passed, without a mana restoration potion is administrated, but so is this anomaly, that I've dubbed; leeching, has become worse, draining of mana, has expanded to objects, hence we've secretly move Subject 1001 to his current room, I believe I need Dr. Kimberten help, unless I can get better cooperation, this another fail case in the making.

Recorded Changes Skintone-Has become ghostly pale, older like a man in death-door, and on occassion when subject is denied mana to restore, physical state back to a more healthier form, it becomes gaunt, sunken in like a withering corpse, as well as bring pain to the subject. Other Changes-Fingers have started to wither, and sunk in, becoming almost skeletal, with sharpen nails, and hair has started to fall off, and turn gray.
This is Dr. Clinton Kimberten, head psychologist of Arcana Menjum, after personal request from my colleague Dr. Bunth, to start session with Subject 1001, who has proven quite difficult to deal with and try to treat.
Bunth, told me not to have direct contact with Subject 1001, or risk having my mana drained, he'd expressed that those nurses from the first instance of "leeching" as he dubbed, suffered severe symptoms.
From nausea, dizziness, weakness, muscle aches, and long period of low mana account in their core, they were bed ridden for weeks, before they could return to work, and from my colleague's estimated contact time, it was no less then seven minutes, no attempts to see other end results of extensive contact with Subject 1001, has ever been done.
Cause of this, I'd requested from Dr. Colton a special room be designed, and built to separate both physically, and magically people, from the subjects, so I can have safe therapy sessions, with Subject 1001, Johnathan Sterling, and possibly other subjects in the future.
Once this request is done, I'll have my first session with Subject 1001, and quite possibly Subjects 0300, 0336, 0808, and...(REDACTED).

DAY 32. This is Dr. Kimberten, this makes my fourth session with Subject 1001, or as he'd demands to be referred to as Mr. Sterling, refusing any other name or monikor, Mr. Sterling has shown clear hostility, narcissism, superiority complex, and extreme anger issues.
As for the reason, that this recording is being prioritize, over my last sessions with Mr. Sterling, he has refused to cooperate, and demand to be released, but the danger that he possess with selfish, disregard for others, makes that request impossible, and his affliction is progressing, if not for Dr. Colton's genius this special room, called the Zero Ground, would be useless.
Ohh sorry, I ramble a bit...kinda reminds me a young woman, I'd meet some time ago...[Clearing throat, tongue clicking]...resuming my original subject, Mr. Sterling was completely incooperate with me, so the orderlies, and Dr. Bunth threatened with total isolation, and as much I'm against doing that to a person it might be the only way to keep people safe, from Subject 1001, even if it means his suffering.

Height: 8'5 Recorded Changes Skintone-Pale white, like a old, sun deprived corpse, its become extremely withered, and sunken, resembling a ghoul. Other Changes-Fingers have enlongated into skeletal, blade like claws, barely any hair remains, face has sunkened in soo much, it highly resembles a skeleton, lips and cheeks are barely visible, almsot a real corpse, extreme growth of height, and limb length.
This is Dr. James speaking, this is log 58 of Subject 1001, after a terrible incident that involves the death of orderly, a violent outburst of the subject, also designed the withered, some in the facility have even started calling him the Witherman, not only for his...unique appearance, but the danger he has proven to be.
After that incident, and Subject 1001, attacked the orderly, directing leeching, he'd changed, completely hostile to people, Dr. Bunth gave up and requested to be reassign to another patient, while Dr. Kimberten request to keep having session with the subject...[Sigh]...of the current subjects, hospitalized, I can clearly state that Subject 1001, might be one of the few that came mentally unstable and his mutation, only brought those qualities further.
Currently I have Subject 1001, in one of the Zero Ground rooms, that Colton build in this facility, serving as the only room viable to contain, and observe this subject safely...but what really frightens me, is what Bunth discovered...Subject 1001 has yet to finish mutating, what kind affect the potion that he first taken, I never imagine it be this.
