Chapter 7 - THE SILENT WEREWOLF

🌕 The Curse of the Silent Howl

In the forgotten village of Rudravan, surrounded by dense forests and whispering winds, no one stepped outside after sunset.

Not because of fear of darkness.

But because of him.

They called him "The Silent Howl."

🌲 Chapter 1: The Boy Who Never Spoke

A boy named Aarav lived at the edge of the village with his grandmother. He was quiet—too quiet. In fact, no one had ever heard him speak a single word.

The villagers said he was cursed.

Some said he had seen something terrible as a child.

Others believed… he wasn't fully human.

Every evening, as the sun dipped behind the trees, Aarav would sit near the forest boundary, staring into the shadows—as if waiting for something… or someone.

🌕 Chapter 2: The First Night

One night, under a blood-red full moon, Aarav felt something strange.

His chest tightened. His heartbeat echoed in his ears.

Then pain.

Unbearable pain.

He collapsed onto the ground as his bones twisted, his fingers stretched, and fur began to cover his skin.

But no scream came out.

Only silence.

Because Aarav… had no voice.

When the transformation ended, a massive black werewolf stood in his place—eyes glowing silver, breath heavy… yet eerily silent.

No growl.

No howl.

Just stillness.

🐺 Chapter 3: The Silent Hunter

That night, the forest changed.

Animals ran.

Birds vanished.

Even the wind stopped moving.

The Silent Howl moved through the trees like a shadow—fast, powerful, but controlled.

He didn't attack villagers.

He didn't destroy.

Instead… he protected.

When a group of bandits entered the forest to loot the village, they were found unconscious the next morning, scattered across the ground, as if struck by an invisible force.

No one saw what happened.

But everyone knew.

The Silent Howl was watching.

🌧️ Chapter 4: The Truth Revealed

Aarav's grandmother knew the truth.

Years ago, Aarav's parents had been attacked by a rogue werewolf deep in the forest.

To save him, his father had done the unthinkable—he transferred the curse to Aarav, sealing it with a spell.

But the spell came with a cost.

Aarav lost his voice… forever.

The werewolf spirit inside him could never howl.

And because of that, it never lost control.

⚡ Chapter 5: The Arrival of the Hunter

One day, a stranger arrived in Rudravan.

A werewolf hunter.

He had heard stories of a beast that roamed without sound—and believed it to be dangerous.

"Silence," he said, "is not peace. It is hidden chaos."

He prepared traps across the forest.

Silver chains.

Poisoned arrows.

A cage designed to hold even the strongest beast.

🌕 Chapter 6: The Final Night

That night, the full moon rose again.

Aarav transformed once more into the Silent Howl.

But this time… something was wrong.

The traps.

The smell of silver burned his senses.

The hunter struck—an arrow piercing his side.

For the first time, the Silent Howl staggered.

Weak.

Bleeding.

The hunter raised his final weapon.

"End of the curse," he whispered.

💔 Chapter 7: The Voice Within

As the hunter approached, Aarav looked up.

His glowing eyes met the hunter's.

And in that moment…

Something impossible happened.

A faint sound escaped his throat.

Not a roar.

Not a howl.

But a broken… human whisper.

"Stop…"

The hunter froze.

The werewolf collapsed—and slowly, painfully, turned back into Aarav.

A silent boy… trembling, injured, but human.

The truth hit the hunter like lightning.

This wasn't a monster.

This was a guardian.

🌅 Chapter 8: The Silent Protector

The hunter left the village the next morning.

He removed every trap.

Before leaving, he placed a small charm at Aarav's doorstep—a protection talisman.

From that day on, the villagers no longer feared the forest.

They respected it.

And every full moon, deep within the trees, a shadow moved once more.

Still silent.

Still watching.

Still protecting.

🌕 Ending Line:

Not all monsters roar.

Some protect the world… in silence.
