Makoto just nodded.
He sat in silence.
"So how about your bedroom? Did Monokuma clear it? I can never imagine sleeping with a rotting corpse at night!" Taka continued.
"Jesus. That's messed up. You should have thought twice before letting your words be heard , dude." Mondo warned Taka.
Makoto didn't reply.
"It must be tough living life here. Why don't you sleep in Sayaka's room?" Sakura asked him.
"I... I want to, but... I don't want to. Sayaka, I already promised her..."
His words stuck. He couldn't continue any further. Honestly, I've never experienced a visual novel this depressing. Except if the characters became real-life live-action. And not as an entertainment art ; it became depressing. Especially after Sayaka's execution , I can't even feel numb.

"Y- You guys killed Sayaka!" Makoto panicked , mocking us in despair after her execution. I hit Kyoko softly with my elbow and whispered to her.
"You bastard! How dare you say that!" Mondo pulled Makoto's collar.
"You were the one who wanted to kill us and yourself for your ego and devotion to her!" Toko shouted.
"Loser. Defeat is defeat. I win again - don't protest for a fair game." Byakuya clenched his fist.
"Validate him." I told her. She shook her head calmly.
"There is a secret room on the 2nd floor. I'll give you access to it later." She nodded.
"Makoto. I, no, we , are really sorry for what befell you. You deserved happiness." She said in an almost perfect sympathetic tone.
"But we deserve to survive!" Hina replied.
"Everyone deserves to survive and live happily." Kyoko nodded.
"Except you! Mastermind!" Kyoko pointed at Monokuma.

"Fortunately, you guessed it right. Both. You all guessed that Sayaka killed Leon and that I persuaded her into killing. But goodbye ; let me head out to dispose of the body." And just like that , he 's gone. Leaving us who can't even feel numb but feel something.

And now we 're here in the dining hall. Everyone is in such a bad mood. Especially after knowing that Makoto betrayed us.
"Kyoko." I came to her and whispered in a low tone.
" Pretend to be mad, then secretly follow me. Pretend like you don 't want to be caught by me ; only enter after I finish and have gone." Kyoko nodded.
"Make sure I don't notice you. Push against the back wall of the storage room in the boys ' bathroom ." I continued.
"Is that all?" She raised her voice. I nodded.
"You pervert!" She pushed me.
Everyone's heads turned to me.
I put on a panic face.
"Y- You'll pay for this! I will kill you!" Then I headed out.
"Ding dong bing bong." Nighttime.
Monokuma announced that nighttime has finally begun.
"Tomorrow!" I blinked twice , then headed back to my bedroom.
Same as everyone.
As I locked my door, I went straight to my bed.
I won 't tell her everything. But I know what I'm doing and what I'll do tomorrow.

I shook my head quickly .
"Nothing." Then I left him.
That's it! I can use the moments where Makoto and Taka initiated the idea to share their secret right after Monokuma gave them the motivations!
Great, now I can move to my priority that I had planned for so long .
I went to one of the surveillance cameras .
" Enosh - I mean Monokuma." I summoned him.
And then he appeared.
"What is your business?"
"I have an idea on how to spread even more despair among the students ." I told him. Monokuma nodded. I closed the gap between my mouth and Monokuma's ears.
"Actually, just say it to the camera. I think if someone found us talking like this , it'd be a problem." Yeah, right.
Then I walked to the camera. And tell them exactly my plan. On how to spread despair, that might save them. If they are lucky enough.
I can hear giggles from the robot bear.
Tomorrow, I will rebirth hope. Just to destroy it. Because I've decided which side I'll support.
