"We'll edit and report on this incident carefully. We'll also mask all of your faces and names. Thank you for accepting my interview."
With the Hunter Organization's attack resolved, Gabby and Ty were getting ready to leave. After all, they had genuinely scooped massive news this time.
"Yeah, please make sure to edit us so we look good. I don't want to be on TV looking ugly," Ash said.
"Don't worry, I can guarantee that much at least. And Ash..."
"Hm?"
Gabby suddenly gave Ash a big hug, leaving Brock and Gardevoir in utter shock.
"Keep up the good work. I've got high hopes for you."
With that, Gabby turned gracefully and left with Ty. Brock stared in the direction Gabby left, then whipped his head back to Ash. He lunged over and grabbed Ash's hands. "Ash! Teach me! Teach me how to attract women!"
"Piss off!"
Lara, Misty, and Suzie clearly understood that Gabby's hug was probably because Meowth's earlier story about Ash's past had made her feel a bit of heartache for him. So, they didn't think much of it.
On the other side, Ty was giving Gabby a cheeky smile. "I couldn't tell, Gabby. Turns out you're into younger guys!"
"I am not! I just felt bad for Ash, that's all."
"True..." Ty nodded. "Behind all that glamour, there's so much conspiracy and darkness."
Gabby looked back toward the direction Ash's group had gone. "I have a feeling we'll definitely meet again. When we do, I have to get an exclusive interview with him!"
Meanwhile, back in the tall grass, the Team Rocket trio were bawling their eyes out.
"Waaaah! It burns so much, meow!"
"Yeah! Compared to him, my life is absolute bliss! Waaah! Whenever my parents forced me into arranged marriages..."
James stopped talking and covered his mouth. Meowth and Jessie, however, didn't notice.
"I guess I had it pretty good too. The only annoying thing was my mom telling me to work hard... but compared to the twerp's situation..."
The three of them exchanged looks and continued to wail loudly.
"We practically live in paradise! Waaaah!!!"

As Ash and his group continued their journey, they finally arrived at the Safari Zone. Looking at the vast expanse, Ash commented, "The Safari Zone is right up ahead. I wonder if we'll meet any fated Pokémon inside."
Holding her Vulpix, Suzie glanced at Ash's Psyduck and tried to suppress a laugh. "Fated Pokémon, huh? Does Psyduck count?"
Ash patted the head of the Psyduck currently strapped to his back and sighed helplessly. "Of course he counts. Otherwise, this kid wouldn't have put himself in my Poké Ball... Whatever, let's go see Uncle Kaiser."
When Ash pushed the door open, Kaiser, whose brows were initially furrowed tightly, immediately relaxed when he saw it was Ash.
"Oh, it's Ash. Here to look for fated Pokémon in the Safari Zone again?"
"Yeah, just seeing if I get lucky. Brought them some food, too."
While the two were talking, Ash's Dragonite popped out of its Ball. It looked around continuously before locking its gaze in a specific direction. Seeing Dragonite act like this, Ash looked at Kaiser.
"Well, looks like Dragonite found them, Uncle Kaiser..."
Kaiser looked at Ash and smiled. "If it's you, Ash, I have no objections. Go ahead, Dragonite."
Hearing Kaiser's approval, Ash turned to his eager Dragonite.
"Go ahead. It's exactly as you thought."
"Rooar!"
Dragonite quickly left the cabin and headed deep into the Safari Zone. Misty and the others were extremely curious about Dragonite's behavior.
"What's up with Dragonite?"
"Let's go. You'll understand when we get there. It wouldn't be a surprise if I told you now."
Lara tilted her head at Ash's secrecy.
"So mysterious."
