-A week has passed since Zypher stayed for dinner the second time. I had invited him some other times as well and he always came when I asked him to. My father acts weird around him and often asks how he's doing and what he's like. It's unusual for my father to do such things.
Saphina changed into new clothes since she was going to meet up with her friends this afternoon.
-It's weird…ever since I hang around with him I get lost in thought…I can't really understand why that is but I hope I can get some help from my friends
Some time passes and so she makes her way to a restaurant. When she arrives she already sees all her friends waiting for her at a table. She walks towards them and sits down next to Aubrey.
,,Good day everyone, it's nice to see you all again" her voice was a bit shaky but filled with joy
Her friends smiled at her greeting
,,Good day to you too Saph, I was surprised that you invited us all to a hang out like this, but I feel like it was a great decision."
Her friends nodded in agreement
,,Well it has been a while since we all had some free time so I thought , why not all hang out together."
A waiter approached their table and for their orders. They looked at the menu and then they gave the waiter the orders.
,,I'd like a chicken sandwich with cheese and a bottle of water please."
,,I'd like a salad, a chicken porridge and lastly some orange juice."
After everyone had given their orders the waiter left .
,,So I heard that the guy with the weird name has been often going to your house lately, what's up with that." Mia asked in a teasing voice.
,,Uhh it's just that after he helped me get some groceries home one day I invited him for dinner and well…since then sometimes I ask him if he would come for dinner and he agrees, so he's more often at my house lately. My father even speaks highly of him which isn't what I had expected."
She remembered how she heard her father talk with her mother about Zypher and how highly her father had portrayed him.
,,Uhhh that's interesting, a guy from your class eating dinner with you and your family for several days huh. That's not something you would just do with anyone. Not even friends do that this often. I mean I have only been at your house once and that was two years ago." Zoe looked at Mia with the same look.
-Hmm could you even call him and I friends?…We were both in the same group for the history project since no one else wanted to be in a group with us and so we met up once at the library. But we never really talked much about things other than school or such things… he has been at my house quite often yet I haven't seen his house or his parents even once. We are different from how classmates usually are but I'm not sure if we could be considered friends…we know too little about each other
,,Well you can come to my house if you want to, it's just that we hang out more outside and that's why we don't go to each others houses anymore. And I mean…I'm not sure if Zyph and I can even call each other friends…"
,,You're already calling him by his nickname lol, what else do you need to be called friends? You two hang out almost every day after school since he has dinner at your place, you always go to and from school together and you call each other by nicknames. You may not really understand it but I think you two are definitely friends."
Mia and Zoe laughed at her grumpy face

-How can someone be this slow?…It's clear as day that she wants to get closer to him and she just doesn't understand her feelings and emotions towards him. I remember the time I followed him after I saw him leave her house, he helped an old woman across the street and when he saw a cat stuck on a tree he climbed up and safely saved the cat. He's truly a good guy and does things for others without expecting anything in return. After that day I followed him around for many more days and I came to the realization that I just couldn't keep my eyes off of him…she may not realize her feelings but I've realized mine and I will get him before anyone else can! I'm sorry Saphina but this time I want to be the one who gets what she wants.
Aubrey turned to face Saphina and then asked
,,He sounds like an interesting person, do you mind introducing me to him?"
Saphina looked surprised at the question but after thinking for a moment she nodded
,,I don't see a reason not to introduce you. I'm sure you're going to like him as well, he's a good person."
-If only you knew…

A couple days later Zypher gets ready for an interesting new day. Apparently a friend of Saphina wanted to get introduced to him and requested to meet up at a Café.
-The first time that someone wanted to get introduced to me…it's not something that usually happens.
He starts to make his way to the Café. On the way , he hears the sound of crows flying overhead and birds chirping.
-What a lovely day…
He arrives at the destination and enters the place. At the far back of the establishment he sees Saphina and an other girl, she had long brown hair and blue eyes, her hands were delicate which led him to believe she played an instrument and she had a lean but athletic looking body.
,,Good morning."
He looked at both girls who were sitting on the opposite side. He sat down on a seat
,,Good morning Zyph, this is my friend Aubrey and she wanted to get to know you."
Saphina smiled and looked at Aubrey who was beaming with confidence
,,Good morning Zypher. My name is Aubrey , I'm 16 years old and in class 2A."
Her eyes locked onto his and the eye contact they had was undoubtedly new to both of them
,,Nice to meet you Aubrey. So may I know why specifically you wanted to get to know me? I'm just a ..friend of Saph and except for a few times in the cafeteria in school I haven't really seen you before."
Zypher was genuinely curious, he needed to know why a girl like her would want to get to know him.
,,I heard great things about you from Saphina so I wanted to know just you really are."
The waiter arrived with some food and water. They began to eat but no one was really focused on the food.
-It's kind of weird to think that she only wanted to know me because of things she heard from Saph…I don't know what but something feels off about her
,,I love this food~ do you?" She just asked a question but the intent behind it told a whole different story.
-Don't tell me…could it be?
,,It's quite delicious i suppose."
The entire time when they were eating she only looked at him.
-Please don't tell me…
Aubrey licked her lips and then relaxed on the bench .
,,I really like this place , do you?~"
Aubrey clearly did this on purpose but Saphina didn't seem to notice a thing
,,I haven't been here before so I can't say."
Aubrey smiled as if anticipating that answer
,,How about we meet more often , maybe you can give me an answer after eating here more often."
It was a clear invitation and it peaked Zyphers curiosity
-I knew it…but right now I don't mind it
,,Hmm I guess you're right. How about we meet up again sometime soon?"
Aubrey smirked and looked at Saphina who was still clueless and eating her food
,,Good idea, how about tomorrow after school? I'm quite certain that it's considerably empty that time."
,,Sounds good to me."
-She is a vey interesting individual…
After everyone was done eating they exited the Café and went their separate ways.
On the way home Zypher felt that weird feeling again, it had started about a week ago, it felt as though someone or something was clinging onto his back. As if something was watching every move he took.
-Let's hurry home, I really don't want to stay outside any longer
He started to walk faster and took a hidden route home that he usually didn't take and he could feel the weird sensation fading away as he went further away.
