A guy was sitting on a chair waiting for someone to arrive. He looked a tad bit nervous but in general he seemed to be in a good mood. He scratched his forehead when looking at the menu.
-You can never decide what to get can you
Max waved at Leon and smiled
,,Good morning Leon"
Leon turned his head and smiled at him
,,Good morning Max, I've been waiting."
,,Sorry man, my train was delayed so I had to wait until the next one."
Max sat down on a seat facing Leon.
,,So you invited me for once huh. It's weird that I don't see Zyph here. Could it be you only invited me?"
,,That's correct, I actually wanted to invite him as well but after what I saw yesterday I decided that it should be you that I talk to."
-Interesting…I wonder what happened
,,Mind going into further detail"
,,Let's choose something to eat first. We can talk after."
,,If you say so"
Max was curious to find out what happened but didn't push Leon too much.
-It can't be that bad if he waits to tell me…right?
They chose something to eat and told the waiter who hurried to the kitchen.
,,So what happened? What did you see?"
Max was eager to learn about the occurrence
,,A while ago Zoe did some weird things towards me, it was after I left the middle school reunion. Out of nowhere she approached me and tried to get weirdly close to me. I quickly left and wanted to tell Zyph about the weird things but I hadn't had the chance to talk to him . When I then saw him a few days ago walking around in the street I wanted to go talk to him but the next thing I saw really surprised me."
-whoa I knew Zoe was a weird person but that is quite the something.
,,What did you see?"
,,I couldn't believe my eyes so I looked twice but I'm certain what I saw was real. Zypher was walking down the street and Aubrey was walking right next to him. They had never really talked before but all of a sudden they looked like really good friends or something like that. I normally wouldn't think too much into it. But you once told me a bit about Aubrey so I kind of have a bad memory of her and I wanted to tell you."
Max freezed up in shock and horror. He couldn't believe his ears. What he had just heard would most definitely mean something bad was about to happen to Zypher and it might've been too late already.
-NO!! It can't be…if it's really true…if it has actually happened…we must do something quick or Zyph will be in trouble. I know a bit about Aubrey because Mia used to tell me lots about her. They were best friends and so I heard some stories about her. Every thing I heard about her first was normal, she was a girl who played the piano and did sports. She had very good grades and took care of her three siblings. But that was the only good part I heard about her, apparently she had a lot of boyfriends, 8 ones at that. Not at the same time but the time they were together overlapped just a little. Every boyfriend she had ended up dead only a few months after. First she would get interested in someone, then she would quickly get close which led to them getting together, and always just a few months later they would end up dead. She never seemed sad about something like that, she always had people around her so it was easy to get someone new…that girl is nothing but trouble and the fact that she probably got interested in Zyph and quickly got close means that she will probably soon go out with him. I don't want Zyph to get hurt. I need to stop her before it gets too late
,,This is bad news Leon…very bad news. We need to stop Aubrey before it gets too late. We need to do something or Zypher might get hurt…"
Leon looked surprised and a bit confused at the things that Max said.
,,I don't know exactly what's going on but I'll trust you…it would be a good idea to try and get Fate to help us. I hate to admit it but she knows him better than we do and would undoubtedly be the best person to help us out."
Max nodded
-I may not like her very much but Leon's right she is the only one who would be able to help us.

-Aubrey and I have been hanging out a whole lot more often lately…it's unexpected. She's a very interesting person.
Zypher remembers the last time they had hung out together at her house
-Her siblings are very similar to her and quite nice. The two sisters are basically copies of her and the little brother is easily annoyed but he likes playing and talking with me.
Zypher stood near a bench. He was waiting for Aubrey.
-I haven't really felt this way before…she's someone really special.
Zypher sits down and feels a tap on his shoulder.
As he turns around to see who it was he got surprised at the closeness of Aubrey's face to his face.
,,You surprised me Aubrey…you always manage to catch me off guard."
Aubrey chuckled and then sat next to him in the bench. They looked down to the city. The view was like no other. The sun began to set which made the moment seem surreal.
,,You're really nice to hang out with Zyph…I really like it with you."
Aubrey looked into his eyes, he noticed her also looking at his lips for just a second longer than usual.
,,You're making every moment seem surreal you know that?"
Zypher couldn't stop looking at her.
The silent scene was interrupted by birds chirping.
Her lips were red , her eyes were full of confidence and she decided to get a bit closer and then looked into his eyes as she began to speak.
,,You know…we could live this moment anytime if we hung out more often. But not just as friends…or best friends…I want to go out with you as your girlfriend. Would you please go out with me?"
The way she talked, the way she looked, the way everything evolved…every fiber of Zyphers being told him to scream out 'yes'
Zypher closed the distance between their lips and whispered into the kiss.
,,I would like nothing more but to be your boyfriend."
