Chapter 15 - Ch 15- The World's Strongest

"The strongest? Could it be to find that divine dragon with bad eyesight?"

Carlisle shook his head and said solemnly, "No, it's the Sword Saint. To be precise, it's the current Sword Saint, Reinhard van Astrea."

Felt was stunned. "But what does dealing with the Bowel Hunter and my Royal Selection problem have to do with the Sword Saint?"

"I want to ask her to be your Knight."

"Hey! Didn't you say you would protect me? Why are you immediately throwing me to someone else?"

Carlisle said apologetically, "Felt, I'm not throwing you to someone else. The Sword Saint is the strongest Knight in the kingdom, and perhaps the strongest in this world. Her strength and reputation can provide you with the best protection. This is the least I can do for you right now."

Old Man Rom stood to the side with his brows slightly furrowed, his tone worried. "Wait a minute! Carlisle... asking the Sword Saint to be Felt's Knight, isn't that a bit too much?"

Carlisle shook his head. "No, Old Man Rom. This is the only thing I can do for Felt right now. The Sword Saint's strength and character are impeccable. She will definitely protect Felt."

"Even though I know you mean well, I'm still a little annoyed. You always talk to yourself like this."

Her tone carried a hint of complaint, but her gaze softened. She knew Carlisle was doing it for her own good, but there was still some unwillingness and reluctance in her heart.

"Felt... thank you."

"Alright, we've known each other for so long, and this is the first time I've seen you so emotional. It's a bit cringey."

Carlisle listened to Felt's teasing, smiled helplessly, and then said, "Then let's go." He raised his hand, and a faint magical glow flickered at his fingertips. "I'll use magic to travel. Don't panic. It's not dangerous at all."

"El Murak."

As the magic incantation was spoken, Carlisle's mana surged, and an invisible force enveloped everyone. Everyone was surprised to find themselves lifted off the ground, their bodies slowly floating upward, and even the ice sculpture sealing Elsa rose into the air with them.

"This is Dark attribute gravity magic, which can be used for flight." Carlisle's voice was calm, as if explaining the most ordinary thing. "I have already formed a protective barrier with mana. Even when flying at high speed at high altitudes, you will not feel cold. You will only feel a slight sense of weightlessness."

Subaru muttered softly from the side, "That's a bit too considerate, isn't it..."

Carlisle smiled slightly. "Then we are ready to go. To the Royal Capital Knights Order."

As his words fell, everyone's bodies seemed to be pushed by an invisible force, instantly transforming into streaks of light as they shot across the sky toward the Royal Capital.

Subaru felt the wind rushing past her, and a sense of novelty and excitement rose in her heart. She looked down at the rapidly passing scenery beneath her feet and could not help but think, "What a novel experience... I know I'm flying at high speed in the sky, but it's more stable than flying in an airplane. It's like watching a VR movie."

Her gaze flickered slightly.

"It's so high... So doing this should be forgivable, right?"

Her fingers moved lightly, then slowly approached Carlisle, gently taking his hand. Carlisle noticed her movement and turned his head.

"Don't worry, Subaru. I'm very skilled with this magic. I definitely won't let you fall."

"Mm, I know." However, she had no intention of letting go. Instead, she held on a little tighter.

Carlisle did not say much either. He simply gently squeezed her hand in return.

Felt stood to the side, watching the two interact, and muttered softly, "Seriously... these two."

About fifteen minutes later, everyone found themselves in a huge plaza. Carlisle controlled the magic, allowing everyone to slowly descend. He whispered, "I just contacted her using the Blessing of Telepathy. She will be here soon."

Felt asked, "Is that how you told me to close my eyes the first time you killed the Bowel Hunter?"

"Exactly."

"Then why didn't you use that ability to have the Sword Saint come find us?"

Carlisle shook his head and explained, "The range of the Blessing of Telepathy that I possess only extends a few dozen meters around me, or within my line of sight. I could contact her because she also possesses the Blessing of Telepathy. When this ability is activated, it's like a thread. One thread cannot find someone too far away, but it can connect with another thread. And her thread is much longer than mine."

Felt heard this, and a slightly sour expression appeared on her face.

"How many Blessings do you have, you guy?"

"I have been granted five Blessings."

"Eh? You're just telling me that directly?"

"Haven't I told you before?"

"Of course not! Aren't you afraid I'll sell this information?"

"I trust you."

"Scumbag..."

"Did I say something wrong again?"

Felt turned her head away, blushing.

"Go figure it out yourself!"

She muttered to herself, "When will this guy realize how destructive his mouth is when paired with that face..."

Emilia suddenly noticed something. Her gaze was drawn to a rapidly moving figure in the sky. Her pupils constricted slightly, and her voice carried both surprise and doubt. A figure was rapidly running through the sky, stepping on the air itself. Her movements were light and elegant, as if the sky were her stage. Then Emilia realized that the figure was heading straight toward them.

"Is that... a person?"

The others also noticed this scene, their gazes turning toward the sky. The figure descended rapidly from high altitude, her movements fluid and perfect, before landing steadily in front of everyone.

"So beautiful..." This was Subaru's first reaction upon seeing the newcomer.

The newcomer was a young woman dressed in a Knight's uniform, with fiery red hair like burning flames and blue eyes as deep as the ocean. Her face seemed perfectly sculpted, and simply standing there made her look like a living masterpiece. The noble and awe inspiring aura that radiated from her made Subaru feel a sense of inferiority rising within her heart.

"Yo, Carlisle. I heard your call and came." Her gaze fell on Carlisle, and a faint smile appeared on her lips. "My friend, is there anything I can do for you?"

Carlisle smiled slightly, his eyes filled with respect and gratitude.

"Reinhard, thank you for coming."

Old Man Rom stood to the side, his heart filled with shock and complicated emotions.

"Hair like flames, and that sword radiating terrifying pressure... Is it really the Sword Saint herself?"

Reinhard heard Old Man Rom's whisper, turned her head, and spoke with gentle humility.

"Are you Carlisle's friends? Emilia-sama is here as well, so it seems I do not need to introduce myself. However, the title Sword Saint is still too heavy for me."
