King Henry send his men to find Leo and bring him back to the city because the Great Wizard warn him that there is Danger just arrive in the Land of Luminous Flame, something unhinged and evil. Leo and Rein are running away from the Men King Henry sends, Rein had an idea to go to some cave to find a gem that can forge her magic staff. Leo just wants adventure so he agreed to her suggestions, they entered a random cave but didn't realize someone is stalking them inside the cave.
Both of them are wandering around cave for an hour but still can't find a gem, Leo sense that someone is actually stalking them the whole time and told Rein to cast a Blue light and finally revealed who is stalking them the whole time. A dark creature with a purple cloak that looks like weak and scared, Leo and Rein get out of the cave while carrying the creature. Rein healed the creature while Leo is trying to figure out what kind of race is the creature, Rein saw a gem beneath the cloak of the creature and thought of stealing it but Leo doesn't agree, the creature finally recovered and thank Rein for healing him.
Leo asked if the creature is okay and the creature replied "yes, I'm fine" and then Rein asked if "what do you do to that gem?" and he replied it's important to him but didn't explain further.
The creature revealed its name: Helmond, an Enigma-type being. As Leo and Rein made their way back, they were intercepted by King Henry's men. The soldiers tried to persuade Leo to return to the city, but their attention was suddenly drawn to Helmond. Mistaking the creature for a threat, the men attacked.
Leo quickly blocked their strikes with his blade, urging them to stop.
He explained that Helmond was harmless. After some hesitation, the men agreed—but on one condition: Leo had to return home with them. Accepting the terms, Leo brought both Rein and Helmond back to the city, ensuring the safety of his new companions while honoring the king's command.
As they walked, all of them suddenly felt a chilling, sinister aura. Without warning, something attacked the king's men—a chain with an eye metal ball, moving with terrifying precision. The remaining soldiers charged at the unknown assailant, while Leo, Rein, and Helmond tried to flee further.
One by one, the men were struck down and killed by the mysterious attacker. In the aftermath, the Great Wizard appeared and revealed the horrifying truth: a powerful, malevolent being had entered the Land of Luminous Flame, intent on consuming the life of everyone in its path to increase its strength.
The trio continued their journey, only to realize that the king's men had been killed during the attack. Leo's heart sank as he recognized the mistake of venturing outside the city. Rein admitted that it was the first time she had ever sensed such a dark and terrifying aura. Leo turned to Helmond, asking if he knew anything about the unknown attacker. Helmond shook his head—this was also his first encounter with such a presence.
Trapped in the forest, with a terrifying monster hunting them relentlessly, all hope seemed lost. Rein, however, knew a way out—but getting there would require careful planning and the hope that they could survive the unknown terror pursuing them.
They followed Rein's plan, running toward the forest's exit, hearts pounding with every step. Suddenly, an unhinged, oppressive aura washed over them, sapping their will to move. The unknown presence revealed itself at last—a man with wild, crazed eyes, holding a metal ball with a single glaring eye embedded in it. The sheer sight of him made the trio freeze in terror.
"The Chainbound Lord is here to devour your soul," the tyrant declared, his voice echoing with malice.
Leo and Rein could barely move, paralyzed by fear, while Helmond was shoved aside, dismissed as weak and worthless by the Chainbound Lord. The forest seemed to close in around them, their lives hanging by a thread.
All hope seemed lost—until the strongest warrior of Lucindor City appeared and struck the tyrant, giving Leo and Rein the chance to escape. Leo watched as Eryndor charged toward the Chainbound Lord, sword in hand, unleashing a relentless barrage of strikes. His blade carved through the tyrant's body again and again, each swing fueled by pure resolve.
Eryndor ended his assault with a powerful strike aimed at the tyrant's head. Though gravely weakened, the Chainbound Lord did not fall. Knowing time was running out, Eryndor ordered Leo and Rein to return to the city at once. As they retreated, Eryndor moved to rescue Helmond, who lay nearby. Without hesitation, he lifted him to safety—even though they had only just met.
The Chainbound Lord hesitated and chose not to pursue them, realizing he was not yet ready to attack the city with Eryndor standing in his way. Leo and Rein watched as Eryndor approached, Helmond carried on his back. The trio thanked him for arriving just in time—without his intervention, they would have been reduced to ashes.
Eryndor sternly scolded Leo for leaving the city and endangering not only himself but also those who cared for him. Filled with regret, Leo promised never to do it again and vowed to follow the king's orders, staying in the city to train until he was ready to fight.
As they returned, Eryndor reflected on the encounter, realizing he had faced an enemy capable of enduring his full strength. He knew they would cross blades again someday. Rein then asked if they could ever defeat the tyrant. Eryndor replied coldly, his expression filled with anger, "Not even a thousand fighters could kill that bastard."
At dawn, King Henry waited at the city gate for Leo's return. His expression was filled with anger, and he was prepared to punish Leo for endangering his men. Leo bowed his head and sincerely apologized for his mistake. After a moment of silence, the king ordered his guards to escort Leo, Rein, and Helmond to the castle.
Noticing Helmond, King Henry asked what race he belonged to. Helmond replied that he did not know—he had no memory of his origins and remembered only his name.
Eryndor then requested a meeting with the kingdom's highest-ranking officials to discuss the looming danger that had entered their land. King Henry agreed at once, recognizing the severity of the threat they now faced.
Rein reunited with her grandfather, greeting him warmly before engaging in a quiet conversation. Meanwhile, Helmond spoke with Leo as he showed him around the castle, marveling at its vast halls and towering walls.
During the council meeting, Eryndor bluntly declared, "A tyrant is coming to kill us all—and if we don't prepare our people, it will tear this land apart." Some of the higher-ranking officials laughed, taking his warning lightly. Enraged, Eryndor threatened to deal with them himself if they continued to mock the danger.
King Henry quickly silenced him for his rudeness but acknowledged that Eryndor's warning was valid. At that moment, the Great Wizard stepped forward and spoke with grave certainty. "Eryndor is right. The Tyrant could destroy this land at any moment if no one stops him."
The room fell silent. Fear spread among the officials as the weight of his words sank in. Without further argument, they ordered every capable fighter to be summoned and trained relentlessly, preparing for the unknown threat that loomed over the Land of Luminous Flame.
Leo asked Helmond if he could help train him every day, hoping to unlock the power hidden within him. Helmond did not hesitate and agreed at once. From that day on, the two formed a bond like brothers.
Rein then asked Leo if she could finally return home. Leo nodded and replied, "Yes—and be careful." She thanked him for everything they had been through together. Before leaving, Leo asked if they could see each other again someday. Rein answered with a playful hand gesture and a smile.
As she left, Leo felt grateful for having met Rein and Helmond. His thoughts also drifted to the elf he had met earlier—Sol. He seemed kind… but there was still something about him that felt suspicious.
