As we continued walking I could hear a voice in the back of my head saying something I quite couldn't make out, it sounded as if he was trying to talk to me.
As we continued to walk away from the Fractian kingdom we finally reached a river to clean ourselves in, I knelt down next to it and dunked my head into the river washing off the blood on my head, but as soon as I did I could finally make out what the voice was saying.
"A summon who can't even defend their own friends in my body doesn't deserve to have control of it."
I tried to speak, but all that entered was water into my mouth so I quickly took my head out of the water and the voice had disappeared, I quickly looked around and saw Nyx sitting on a big rock with her knees to her chest and her arms around her knees.
"Nyx can we talk for a moment?" I quickly walked over and sat next to Nyx who hadn't answered.
It had still barely been 2 hours since we ran and the sun was going down for the day, but I still needed to talk to Nyx.
"Wanna tell me something?"
"No..."
I looked at Nyx who was still looking into the distance, I didn't know Nyx, I didn't know anything about her, I didn't even know why she joined the military.
"Was that because you joined the military?"
Nyx continued to keep quiet without saying anything.
"Im not here to judge you or anything, I just wanted to talk about it, but if you're not ready we can talk about this another time."
I quickly stood up and pointed to a city in the distance. "Let's see if we can find a place to stay the night at in the city." I held out my hand for Nyx to help her get up and she took my hand and as she stood up she quickly let go and we started walking towards the city.
We walked in silence the entire time and as it began to grow darker and quieter I could begin to hear the voice in the distance once again as before I still couldn't quiet make out what it was saying.

We finally reached the city and we found a inn we could stay the night at, we used what little money we had left our to buy a room for the night.
As I laid down on the floor while Nyx took the bed, as I laid my head down on the pillow I could still hear the voice growing louder and louder, would he speak to me again or was it just my imagination?
As my thought finally rested and I began to fall asleep it seemed almost like I got transported into a black room where I was levitating in the air, I struggled to keep my balance when suddenly another me appeared.
"Folke how did it feel when you got stabbed and when you saw you're friend die?"
"What do you mean it obviously felt terrible "I replied
"I don't agree, but maybe that's the difference between the real one and the fake one of us"
Is words we're vague, he never mentioned which one was the real or fake one, but I knew who he meant.
"Who are you and why do you look like me?"
"The real question is why do you look like me? Since I am the real one."
I looked dazed at the person who looked exactly like me. "What's you're name then?"
"I don't have a name, and you should reconsider you're own, a new world doesn't fit you're name, and are you truly the same person after what you went through?"
What was this guy talking about, he seemed to only talk nonese-
"It's rude to say that you know? And do you really wanna be the person who abandoned their kingdom and it's people? And are you the person who hurt Nyx then"
"that.. was in the heat of the moment I wouldn't tru-"
"But you did do it, you were selfish and wanted to run, and when you couldn't you resorted to violence."
As I thought I quickly got woken up by Nyx." Cmon we gotta go, we gotta make it to the neighbouring kingdom before the army makes it here and finds us. Nyx was right we had to get going so we left the inn quickly with no items since we didn't have any with us and began walking.
As the time passed and Nyx had to take a break due to not having eaten she looked at me and asked. "How are you not hungry?" I didn't know, but it might have something to do with my immortality. "No idea, but my guess is my immortality and starvation being a kind of death so my immortality works against it."
She just stared at me for a second and looked back down at her stomach which began to growl.
I sighed and asked. "You're too hungry to walk right?" She quickly nodded to I walked over and turned my back to her. "Get on my back I'll carry you." Nyx didn't say anything and quietly got on my back.
We continued, but with no village or city in sight, on the way I tried to look for food, but found nothing, as it was midday through the day we finally crossed into a different kingdoms territory, without any trouble.
The kingdom we had entered was named the kingdom of Kalmar, we entered it since it was the closest kingdom, we had finally arrived in a village where with the remaining money we had left we used to buy food for Nyx.
"We need to make it to the capital city of Kalmar before it turns to night."
Nyx had just finished the last apple and stood up. "Why can't we stay out here? Just stay away from all the trouble."
I looked at her and answered. "I wanna try to meet the royals of this kingdom to hopefully make some kind of deal with them for us to live here."
Nyx looked at me and sighed. "Fine, but only because we don't have any other place to stay."
So we continued towards the capital city, when the sun was setting we had finally arrived, but we needed to run a good bit of the way to make it, but when we arrived, when we arrived we saw a hole in the wall surrounding the capital city with monsters inside of the wall destroying the capital city.
