"W-What… what is that thing?!"
"My god… it's a rhinoceros! A gigantic rhinoceros!"
"How could such a massive monster suddenly appear here?! What's going on?!"
The sudden appearance of the colossal beast instantly threw the Marines into chaos.
Not only were the Marines at the harbor stunned, but even those stationed aboard the warships stared in disbelief at the unbelievable sight before them.
No one knew how the giant rhinoceros had appeared.
Only Hayden, upon seeing the creature, suddenly changed expression and blurted out in shock:
"Could this be the work of a Devil Fruit user?!"
"Damn it… could it be that even their king is a Devil Fruit user?"
"Is there really a unit here composed entirely of Devil Fruit users?!"
Cold sweat formed on Hayden's forehead as he muttered under his breath.
In this world, aside from the strange powers granted by Devil Fruits, there was simply no other explanation for what they were witnessing.
Just as everyone stood frozen in shock—
The Arthur standing beneath the giant rhinoceros steadied his breathing and casually snapped his fingers.
"MOOOO!!!"
The enormous rhinoceros raised its head and roared.
The soundwave rolled across the harbor like a violent gale.
Then its massive Rinnegan eyes locked onto the Marines ahead.
Its colossal body suddenly moved—
And it charged forward with a speed completely disproportionate to its size.
The ground trembled.
The wind howled.
Even its mere sprint created a terrifying momentum.
"Not good!"
"Scatter! Everyone scatter immediately!!!"
Hayden's face changed drastically as he turned and roared at the stunned Marines.
Without hesitation, he himself sprinted to the side.
Seeing the gigantic beast charging toward them like a moving mountain, the Marines finally snapped out of their daze.
"Run!!!"
The perfectly arranged formation of more than five thousand Marines instantly collapsed into chaos as soldiers fled in every direction.
But in such a densely packed crowd—
Escaping quickly was easier said than done.
Before the formation could fully disperse—
The rhinoceros had already crashed into the mass of soldiers like a cannonball.
"AHHHHH!!!"
"Help… someone help me—AAGH!!"
"M-Monster! Don't come near me!!!"
Amid terrified screams, thunderous impacts echoed—
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Dozens of Marines were crushed into pulp before they could even finish screaming.
With a violent swing of its massive head, the beast sent soldiers flying like leaves in a storm.
Bones shattered.
Blood sprayed into the air.
Bodies fell from the sky like rain.
"Fire!"
"Open fire! Shoot it down!!!"
The surrounding Marines, their faces pale with terror, raised their weapons and unleashed a frantic barrage.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Bullets and rockets rained down upon the rhinoceros.
Yet to everyone's horror—
The bullets simply bounced off its thick hide.
Even the powerful rockets only left faint scorch marks.
"MOOO!!!"
The rhinoceros roared angrily.
Completely unfazed by the storm of gunfire, it rampaged through the battlefield.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Blood sprayed everywhere.
Marines were trampled into paste or hurled into the air by brutal collisions.
Casualties skyrocketed within seconds.
"Damn it! What the hell is going on?!"
Watching the monstrous rhinoceros rampage through Marine ranks unhindered by gunfire, Hayden clenched his sword so tightly his knuckles turned white.
For a moment, he wanted nothing more than to charge forward and fight the beast himself.
But he knew—
He couldn't.
This monster was far beyond his level.
"Vice Commander!"
"What should we do?!"
"That monster is too terrifying! We can't stop it!" a surviving adjutant ran over, trembling.
Hayden gritted his teeth and forced himself to calm down.
His gaze shifted toward the six warships anchored along the coast.
When he saw the Marines aboard them staring dumbfoundedly at the battlefield, his face darkened instantly.
"Those idiots!"
"What are they standing there for?!"
He cursed angrily before turning to the adjutant.
"Normal attacks won't work against that monster!"
"Get back to the ships immediately!"
"Order them to fire the cannons!"
"Yes, sir!"
The adjutant sprinted toward the warships.
Watching him leave, Hayden turned his gaze back toward the battlefield—
Toward the rhinoceros that had already sent hundreds of Marines flying.
Then his eyes shifted to Arthur, who stood calmly nearby with a faint smile.
Without hesitation, Hayden drew his sword and dashed toward him.
"Hmm?"
Arthur had been leisurely admiring the havoc caused by his summoned rhinoceros.
Seeing Hayden charge forward, he nodded with a smile.
"A wise decision."
"Defeat the summoner, and the summon disappears."
"But tell me…"
"Do you really think you're capable of that?"
"We'll see!"
Hayden roared.
Leaping into the air, he swung his sword violently.
Blade after blade of pale-white sword energy shot toward Arthur like a storm.
"So this is the swordsmanship of this world…"
"Interesting."
Arthur watched the incoming blade waves with curiosity.
Then he raised a hand lightly.
All the sword energy halted thirty centimeters in front of him.
And then—
"Shinra Tensei."
Whoosh!
An invisible repulsive force erupted outward.
Like bubbles being popped, every blade wave was blasted apart and scattered into nothingness.
"My attack… it was…!"
Hayden landed on the ground, his face pale.
He staggered back dozens of meters, staring in shock at Arthur—
Who had neutralized his entire assault with nothing more than a casual gesture.
