Seito paused, then gestured for him to continue. "Explain."
"The 'Realm of the Gods' is the collective name for the 61st through 70th floors. These floors are entirely populated by deities and those who worship them, so they are collectively known as the Realm of the Gods," Yun Qingge clarified.
"Floors 61 through 70, huh?"
Seito stroked his chin. He was still confused—Yun Qingge had mentioned that these floors were populated by humans. "You gods... are you all new ascendants?"
The ancient war had seen all the old gods fall. While some might have survived, the number of deities shouldn't be high. Yet, based on the current situation, the number of gods seemed quite substantial.
Yun Qingge nodded, then shook his head.
"Don't talk in riddles," Seito said, lifting his Space Dragon Blade again.
Yun Qingge flinched and spilled the truth: "Most are newly ascended, yes. But some ancient gods have reincarnated and recultivated their power within the God Domain."
That makes sense, Seito thought. Reincarnation for a god was nothing out of the ordinary.
"Tell me more about this Realm of the Gods," Seito demanded. He was flying blind regarding these new layers.
Yun Qingge didn't dare hold back and spilled everything he knew. As he listened, Seito fell into deep thought.
The Realm of the Gods was not designed like the previous, vertically stacked floors. Floors 61 through 70 shared a single, unified plane—a vast galaxy.
Within this star system were countless planets, each guarded by a presiding deity. The humans inhabiting these planets were all devout followers of their respective planetary god. In this domain, all deities were essentially in a state of hostile competition.
If Seito ascended to the 61st floor, his home, Planet Earth, would begin to merge with the God Domain. If the planet lacked its own protector god by the time of the merger, the deities of the Realm of the Gods could siphon the faith of its inhabitants. Faith was a primary cultivation method for gods—the more faith they garnered, the faster their levels would skyrocket.

Seito weighed his options. After hearing this, he wasn't keen on rushing to the 61st floor just yet. He needed all his Executives to reach godhood first. Once they crossed that threshold, Blue Star's integration would begin, and he couldn't afford to be careless.
"Are there 'Pseudo-Gods' in the Realm of the Gods?" Seito asked.
"There are! Tons of them!" Yun Qingge replied. They were mindless creatures that had failed to condense a complete Godhead.
Seito gripped his dragon blade, a purple haze igniting along the edge.
"W-what are you doing?!" Yun Qingge panicked. He'd told him everything! Was he still going to kill him? He hadn't even offended him—he'd just tried to act cool!
"You're going back to the 61st floor," Seito said flatly. "Come to the 60th-floor Boss Labyrinth once every week to report the situation. Also, keep an eye out for Godheads—specifically Light, Sound, Life, Poison, Forge, and Logomancy (Word-Spirit) Godheads."
Seito wasn't worried about non-compliance. Yun Qingge knew that if Seito ever stepped foot on the 61st floor, he would be the first person on his list.
"Understood!" Yun Qingge let out a long breath. As long as he wasn't dying today, he could handle anything else.
With that, Seito turned and walked out of the Boss Labyrinth.
Moments after he left, the system notification chimed across the entire server.
