It was common knowledge to all Marsians that Bizarros were deformed humans and they had no particular way of reproduction as they originally mutated in a way that backtracked their reproductive systems.
The reason they kept on existing was because the number of humans on earth was a mystery. It was once recorded that Humans on earth were over ten billion. But the recordings were made of those who participated.
As for humans in underdeveloped countries or undiscovered locations, their exact number could not be found.
The humans who moved from Earth to Mars centuries ago were only a small portion. Earth always grew more population to make up for the loss.
