Chapter 24 - Earths Grace!

"What did you say?"

Akomann looked at Wu Liang in shock.

She had thought of countless possibilities, but never this one.

Letting her... become this man's woman?

This man had taken a liking to her?

Dammit!

What does this guy take her for?

"In your dreams! Just kill me!"

Akomann sneered, not backing down in the slightest.

[Ding! Detected target 'Akomann' feeling shame, resentment... and various other negative emotions!]

[Ding! Target's repulsion toward the Host has increased by 100%!]

The system's notification sounded in Wu Liang's mind.

"..."

Still repulsed?

No rush, I have plenty of time to make you bow your head.

"Don't be in such a hurry to decide."

Wu Liang smiled slightly and stood up, no longer pressuring Akomann.

"I'll give you time to consider."

"When you've thought it through, tell me your answer."

"It's best not to keep me waiting too long."

After saying that, Wu Liang turned and walked out of the room.

Leaving Akomann alone, curled up in the corner gritting her teeth, her nails digging deep into her palms.

Allowing tears of humiliation and hope to slide down silently... Early the next morning, Wu Liang gathered everyone together.

Whether it was the women of the Black Rock Tribe or the captives of the Bloodfang Tribe.

They all assembled in front of the land that had just been cleared yesterday.

Eliza stood beside Wu Liang, her expression somewhat nervous.

The Bloodfang Tribe captives stood there numbly; a whole day of heavy plowing yesterday had left everyone's faces full of exhaustion.

Akomann was also escorted to the scene by two Female Warriors.

She looked as if she hadn't slept all night, her eyes bloodshot and her face pale.

She watched everything coldly, wondering what kind of tricks Wu Liang was trying to play now.

"Quiet down, everyone!"

Wu Liang stepped onto a temporary high platform, his gaze sweeping over the dense crowd below.

"I know that many of you, especially those from the Bloodfang Tribe, are currently filled with resentment and confusion."

Wu Liang's voice wasn't loud, but it reached everyone's ears clearly.

"You don't understand why you are forced to be here, working like cattle."

His words caused the fire of anger to burn even brighter in the eyes of the Bloodfang Tribe captives.

Wu Liang ignored their reaction.

"Today, I'm going to show you something."

"To make you understand just how ignorant and laughable you are."

"At the same time, I'll let you see clearly what truly powerful strength is!"

After speaking, Wu Liang leapt down from the high platform.

Then he walked straight into the center of the field where seeds had just been sown.

"What does Wu Liang want to do?"

Wei Xian stood beside Eliza, looking at Wu Liang's figure curiously.

"It seems he's going to perform magic; let's just watch."

Eliza was full of confidence in Wu Liang.

Wu Liang slowly closed his eyes and extended both hands, palms facing the sky.

"Playing god!"

Akomann sneered.

But at that moment, Wu Liang began to chant obscure syllables.

Akomann's eyes suddenly widened:

"Impossible! This guy actually knows magic incantations!"

One must know how rare mages were; in the Great Desolate Mountain, only the High Priest of each Tribe knew a bit of magic.

Sure enough, at this moment, everyone's gaze focused on Wu Liang.

[Ding! Activate skill: Earths Grace LV6?]

"Activate!"

Wu Liang thought to himself.

The next second, a soft green light centered on Wu Liang's body and suddenly spread out!

The light was like warm spring water, instantly enveloping the entire vast field.

[Ding! Earths Grace skill activated successfully. Plants within the selected area will be ripened to 45%!]

Just as the system notification finished, a hum immediately echoed in the air.

Everyone's eyes widened, and they stood there like wooden blocks.

Then, everyone saw that on the land covered by the green light...

Tender green seedlings were actually emerging from the moist soil at a speed visible to the naked eye!

They broke through the earth and unfurled their tender leaves.

As if being pulled upward by an invisible giant hand, they grew rapidly, inch by inch!

"Oh... Oh my god!"

"They've sprouted! The seeds have sprouted!"

"No! They're still growing! They're still growing!"

Bursts of exclamations erupted from the crowd.

"It's a miracle! It's a miracle!"

"Lord Wu Liang is too incredible; what powerful magic this is!"

"Lord Wu Liang is mighty! Our Black Rock Tribe is blessed by the gods!"

Their shouts were filled with fanaticism.

"No! This isn't real!"

The captives of the Bloodfang Tribe were completely dumbfounded.

They stood there one by one like wooden blocks, their bodies trembling uncontrollably from extreme shock and fear.

What were they seeing?

Against such a powerful mage, they couldn't possibly win.

Not to mention that in the previous battle, the opponent hadn't even used magic and they had already been utterly defeated.

Now they understood how terribly wrong they had been.

The Black Rock Tribe was invincible!

This man named Wu Liang was invincible!

Thump!

Thump, thump, thump!

A series of dull thuds rang out.

The Bloodfang Tribe captives could no longer hold themselves up; their legs gave way, and they knelt down in large numbers.

Their numb faces were full of awe.

Akomann stood there, her whole body cold as if she had fallen into an ice cellar.

Her mind was a complete blank.

"It's over! Everything is finished."

The moment all her clansmen knelt, Akomann's last shred of pride and will to resist were crushed to pieces.

That green light lasted for a full ten minutes or so before slowly dissipating.

And the originally empty field had now turned into a lush green sea.

Those wheat seedlings had already grown over half a foot tall, swaying gently in the breeze, filled with the breath of life.

Wu Liang slowly opened his eyes, a slight fatigue coming from within his body.

As he looked at the crowd kneeling before him and the awe on the faces of the Bloodfang Tribe captives...

The feeling of being in control of everything made Wu Liang unable to stop the corners of his mouth from curling up slightly.

Iron tools could only conquer their bodies.

But this scene, no different from a miracle, could completely conquer their souls!

His gaze finally landed on Akomann in the distance.

From this moment on, the final persistence in this woman's heart had been torn open by his own hands.

But now was not the time to focus on her.

Wu Liang returned to the middle of the crowd and found Eliza.

"Eliza, the food problem is solved for now; we just need to wait for the harvest."

"For now, we still need to solve the problem of meat."

Eliza nodded: "Say the word, we'll all listen to you."

Beside her, Wei Xian also said affirmatively:

"You are now the Acting Chief of the Tribe; just tell everyone directly what needs to be done."

Wu Liang wanted exactly those words; he turned to look at a robust Female Warrior not far away.

"Kayla!"

Kayla rushed to Wu Liang in three steps and bowed respectfully.

"Lord Wu Liang, do you have any orders?"

Her voice was loud, filled with humility and awe.

"I am giving you fifty of the most elite warriors."

Wu Liang looked at her and said slowly:

"From today on, take the clansmen to the surrounding mountains and forests.

"Catch all the wild cattle, wild sheep, wild horses, and wild boars you can see and bring them back."

"Remember, I want them alive!"
