Chapter 13 - Chapter-13 (A Night Without Love)

Previous cut:-But fate never listens to human wishes. No matter how carefully people plan, destiny plays its own game. The same thing happened with Sarmistha. One by one, all her carefully built dreams started crumbling. Unlike those girls who find a happy married life, Sarmistha's life did not turn out that way.

The wedding ceremonies had stretched on until well past midnight. One by one, the relatives had taken their leave. Rupam's parents had arrived at the flat around one in the morning, blessed the couple, and returned home. Now only Sarmistha and Rupam remained — alone in their small flat.

For both of them, this night was profoundly special. It was the first night when two souls would discover each other anew, share the deepest secrets of their hearts in silence, and let body and mind journey together into an unknown union.

They sat facing each other on the bed decorated for their wedding night. Sarmistha's head was bowed, her eyes veiled in shyness. Rupam looked perfectly at ease, though a mischievous smile played on his lips. He gently lifted her chin, touched her cheek, and asked,

"What's wrong? Why are you so quiet today? Usually your mouth never stops."

Sarmistha remained silent. She simply raised her face and gave a small smile. That smile seemed to illuminate the entire room. Draped in the red Benarasi sari, her fair skin glowed as if she were a heavenly apsara. The perfect blend of modesty and beauty made her look utterly exquisite.

In a soft voice she asked, "What should I do now?"

"Nothing," Rupam replied with a grin and stood up. A playful glint sparkled in his eyes.

He walked to the table, opened a small box that looked like a medicine packet, and took something. Sarmistha couldn't tell what it was. Turning to her, he said,

"Look, I've never asked you for anything before. But today I will. This night doesn't come every day in a person's life. So I want to make tonight truly special."

"Special?" Sarmistha frowned. "Stop beating around the bush and tell me straight — what do I have to do?"

"Nothing difficult," he smiled. "Just wear the outfit I've chosen and spend the night with me. Don't worry — it's kept in the next room. All you have to do is put it on and come back."

Sarmistha thought to herself, *It's nothing, really.* She went to the adjacent room and found, laid out on the bed, a pair of women's lingerie — extremely delicate, almost transparent. Her cheeks flushed crimson. Still, she told herself, *Rupam has married me. He has every right to ask for this much.*

She changed into the lingerie and stepped back into the room. Rupam had been waiting with visible impatience. The moment he saw her, desire flared in his eyes. He rushed forward, pulled her into his arms, and kissed her deeply. His hands roamed hungrily over her breasts and waist.

Soon he lifted her in his arms and laid her on the bed. His lips trailed wildly across her cheeks, neck, and chest. Then, with one swift tug, he removed the lingerie. The sight of her bare breasts drove him wild with excitement. He began kneading them roughly, biting her nipples.

"Ah… Rupam, it hurts!" Sarmistha cried out in pain.

But Rupam didn't stop. There was no tenderness in his touch — only raw, burning lust. He barely even looked at her face. Suddenly he sank his teeth hard into her waist. Sarmistha flinched in agony.

That night they came together again and again. Yet there was no joy in their union, no trace of love. There was only force, violation, and the ruthless satisfaction of one-sided desire.
