"We're not going in quietly," Roshan confirmed. "We don't have time for subtlety."
"Good." Mira's eyes gleamed. "Because subtlety won't work anyway. Scar'oth will know you're coming the moment you cross into Northern Ravine territory. He'll be prepared."
She sat down across from them, expression grave.
"One more thing. About Scar'oth specifically."
Both chiefs' attention sharpened.
"Yes?" They echoed.
"He's old. Older than me by over a hundred years, perhaps more—he hides his true age according to the records I've managed to gather." Mira's voice was serious. "Do you understand what that MEANS? To survive that long in this world?"
