"They're more fragile than we are. Weaker physically. Tire faster. Heal slower." She met their eyes. "But they're also more stubborn. More willing to sacrifice themselves for others. More likely to try to be the hero even when it kills them."

Nearly dying in the process.
"She'll try to escape on her own," he realized.
"She will. And she'll probably fail and get herself hurt doing it." Mira's expression softened slightly. "That's who she is. That's what Hue-mahns DO. They try to save everyone even when it costs them everything."
She stood.
"So you better get to her before she does something heroically stupid. Because I guarantee you, she's already planning it."
Roshan and Nyx stood as well.
