Chapter 80 - Chapter 78: The Weaving of the Fallen Fates

Fang Yuan stood amidst the crimson dust of Moon 9, his green robe fluttering in a wind that followed no physical laws. Before him lay the broken forms of Kaelen and Zane. To a common warrior, they were defeated enemies; to a Rank 2: Space-Time Weaver, they were concentrated reservoirs of specialized energy—"Inks" for his cosmic pen.

"The Rank of a Weaver is not measured by the strength of the fist, but by the complexity of the thread," Fang Yuan murmured. His indigo eyes didn't look at their flesh; they looked at the fraying golden and charcoal lines of their destinies.

He raised his hands, and thin, crystalline threads erupted from his fingertips. These were the Strings of the Weaver. They didn't pierce the skin; they pierced the concept of the individuals.

From Kaelen, the "Heroic Luck" began to leak out like liquid sunlight. It was the essence that allowed him to defy odds and wield the Divine Blade. Fang Yuan pulled it, spinning it around his left hand into a golden bobbin.

From Zane, the "Primal Rebellion" and the dragon's shadow were extracted. This was the essence of chaos, the power that allowed a slave to bite the hand of a God. Fang Yuan spun this into a charcoal-black thread on his right hand.

As he absorbed these essences, Fang Yuan didn't grow physically larger. Instead, the space around him began to vibrate. The "Space-Time" of Moon 9 began to fold inward, forming a pocket dimension that only he could navigate. He was utilizing the stolen luck to fuel a massive Weaver-Formation.

"Lia," Fang Yuan spoke, his voice resonating through the folded space. "The Galactic Overlord of the 3rd Rank is a master of gravity and stars. He can crush a planet with a thought. But he cannot crush what he cannot reach. I am weaving a Blind Spot in the fabric of his empire."

The absorption was complete. Kaelen and Zane remained as hollow shells, their "Specialty" now woven into Fang Yuan's own indigo cloak. He had reached the absolute peak of the 2nd Rank, his threads now strong enough to tether the very soul of the moon.
