After hearing Ronan's words, Lebo felt a fresh wave of courage. He wanted to become the strongest. Without wasting a second, he looked Ronan straight in the eyes and said,
"Okay, Master Ronan… let's train!"
Ronan gave him a proud nod. "That's the spirit, Lebo. Let's begin."
He faced all of them. "First, you must understand the Uniqe Orp inside you. It is the raw material of everything — water, solid, even gas. With enough passion, you can awaken and shape this Orp. Only true masters can see it. Those who haven't… remain blind to it."
Suddenly, the wooden logs beside Ronan rose gently into the air
""WHAT HOW""Lebo, Adam, and Ams said together.
Ronan smiled faintly. "That was me forming a hand from Uniqe Orp. You can't see it yet… but you will."
For the first test, they had to cut the logs to check their base strength.
Adam went first. He took a deep breath and shattered the log with one powerful Dragon Claw strike.
"Nice hit!" Lebo cheered.
When Ams's turn came, the little gloop struggled to form a hand.
Lebo knelt beside him. "Turn your whole body into an axe. I'll help keep you steady with gravity."
Ams nodded. "Let's do this together!"
With Lebo's help, Ams transformed into a sharp axe and cut the log cleanly.
Ronan looked impressed. "Excellent thinking, little slime. Most rely on strength alone. You look for smart solutions. That creativity will save you one day."
Ams bounced proudly. "Thank you, Master Ronan!"
Lebo went next. He tried cutting the log with his bare hand first. Pain shot through his palm.
Jane quickly gave him a small bottle. "Rub this on. It will reduce the pain."
Lebo smiled. "Thanks, sis."
Even with help, he only left a shallow cut.
Ronan placed a hand on Lebo's shoulder. "Lebo, there is no shame in using your power while training. Your fusion is special. Fight like yourself."
Lebo felt encouraged.
Ronan then stacked five thicker logs together.
"Lebo, cut all five at once using your gravity."
Lebo hesitated. "Five? My hand already hurts from one!"
Adam patted his back. "You got this. Remember the bear."
Ams floated closer. "I'll add extra gravity from the side!"
With his friends' support, Lebo raised his hand and unleashed a strong wave of gravity.
CRASH!
All five logs were sliced through in one clean stroke.
Everyone cheered.
Ronan smiled proudly. "Well done, Lebo. Your control is still weak, but you already understand the true potential of your Uniqe. Keep listening to both parts — space and pet. They are partners."
Lebo felt a warm glow of pride.
He looked up at Ronan. "So… what about the Uniqe Orp you mentioned?"
"Don't worry, we will reach it. But first, passion is needed. Tell me — what do you truly want to achieve?"
Adam answered first. "I want to make my clan proud, master every hard technique, and save people!"
Lebo thought for a moment. "I want to continue my family's legacy, help others, and earn enough to live a good life."
Ronan nodded. "Good goals. But goals without effort are just wishes. So… let's fight. Show me what you can do right now."
Jane leaned forward, eyes sparkling.
Ronan stood motionless. "Come at me. All of you."
Adam charged first with a fast punch — but missed completely.
"How?! My punch suddenly changed direction!" Adam shouted.
He backed up, then shouted, "Claws of the Water!"
His body blurred with speed. He spun and kicked hard toward Ronan's torso.
The kick twisted mid-air and slammed into the ground instead.
"What?! It got redirected again! Ronan is doing it!" Adam yelled.
While Adam kept Ronan busy, Lebo sneaked behind and punched at his leg.
But the punch veered off course.
"How?! My punch changed direction too!" Lebo gasped.
Not giving up, Lebo reduced his gravity to zero and floated a little into the air, making his hand feel like twenty-one pounds of force. He dropped down from above with a powerful overhead strike.
Yet even that attack twisted away at the last second and missed.
Lebo landed awkwardly and quickly backed up. "How?! Ronan changed the direction of my strike from above too!"
Ams transformed into a small hammer and dove from above with gravity.
"I'll hit him from up here!"
But the hammer strike also changed direction and missed completely.
"How?! Ronan made my attack change direction as well!" Ams cried.
Jane laughed softly from the side. "They finally noticed…"
After several failed attempts, all three were breathing hard on the ground.
Ronan looked down at them calmly.
"Now it's my turn."
In smooth movements, he swept Adam's legs gently, pushed Ams aside, and caught Lebo mid-air. All three ended up softly on the floor.
They stared up in awe.
"He's so cool…" they whispered together.
Ronan stood over them, his voice warm but firm.
"Don't worry. I will teach you everything you want. But first… you need to land one clean hit on me. Work together. Help each other. That is how you will grow."
