A team of elite Omniversal Heroes, clad in blinding starlight armor and wielding weapons forged from dying suns, kicked down the massive obsidian gates of the Realm of Carnage.

The heroes charged into the courtyard, ready for an apocalyptic battle.
Instead, they found themselves in a sterile, brightly lit waiting room with generic elevator music playing from unseen speakers. The blood-demons were gone. In their place were sleek, golden turnstiles and a holographic terminal blocking the door to the inner sanctum.

Confused, the Lead Hero approached the terminal. "What is this trickery?!"
He swung his starlight broadsword at the turnstile.

The sword bounced off. A red light flashed on the terminal, and a glowing green bar appeared above the Lead Hero's head. The bar immediately depleted by 20%.

"Stamina?" the Lead Hero frowned. He swung his sword four more times in rapid succession, trying to break the barrier.
With each swing, the green bar above his head dropped. 60... 40... 20... 0.
Suddenly, the Lead Hero's arms locked completely in place. His armor froze. He couldn't move his sword an inch. He was entirely paralyzed by the absolute, overriding code of the Abyssal Dynamics SaaS infrastructure.
A new holographic window popped up directly in front of his face.

"It is the pinnacle of mobile gaming monetization, successfully adapted for physical combat.
