One meteor sphere after another surged through the gate Aikawa Love had opened, advancing like an invading army.
Then Love raised his spiked club high and slammed it downward.
Flames spread from the head of the weapon.
Ignition.
This was a move Love had never used back in Seireitei.
At that time, he had only used multi-meteor barrages.
But this time—
Not only were there more meteors,
They were also infused with flames known as Calamity Karma.
Calamity — Meteor Firestorm!
Burning meteors rained down like a storm.
The sheer sight of it alone made the destructive power obvious.
"…That's seriously excessive," Urahara Kisuke muttered.
Such dense attacks placed enormous pressure on the three people maintaining the barrier.
As Love summoned the meteor swarm, Tsuna began preparing his counterattack.
Lightning erupted from his electromagnetic coil horn.
Electric arcs spread throughout the warehouse, instantly revealing all the iron sand scattered across the area.
Under the coil's magnetic force, the iron sand gathered around Tsuna.
With the infusion of Lightning Flames, it hardened and reshaped.
Sharp iron horns formed around Tsuna—each one composed of super-hardened lightning-infused steel.
Love could unleash multi-stage attacks.
Why couldn't Tsuna respond in kind?
The iron horns lined up beside him like claws.
The moment the technique completed—
They shot upward toward the meteor storm.
Lightning Iron Horns!
Iron horns and meteors collided violently.
Explosions rang out continuously.
Shockwaves echoed through the warehouse.
At this point, Shinji and Rose could no longer block the shockwaves with their swords alone.
They had to use Kidō.
Bakudō #81 — Dankū!
A transparent barrier appeared before everyone, shielding them from the rain of iron sand and shattered debris.
Behind Dankū, Hiyori's face twitched.
Now she understood why Lisa had dragged her away earlier.
Could even the current Gotei 13 captains survive an attack of this magnitude?
After launching all the meteors, Love steeled his resolve.
His left hand clawed toward his own face.
If it was Sawada Tsunayoshi…
He might actually survive this.
Love still had one final move.
After testing Tsuna through the previous exchanges, Love knew his last attack alone wouldn't seriously injure him.
His only remaining option—
Hollowfication.
Because Love's offensive power was already extreme, even in Shikai his Hollow mask could only be maintained briefly.
In Bankai, the opportunity was even shorter.
He would only have one instant.
Through the explosions of burning meteors, Love forced his way straight into the blast center using sheer defensive power.
The flames on his club expanded outward, forming the shape of a meteor.
This was his final strike—
A true meteor hammer, condensed from his own Reiatsu.
But even that wasn't enough.
Facing the overwhelming Reiatsu belonging to Tsuna—
Love tore at his face.
A Hollow mask appeared.
The moment the mask formed, Love's eyes turned blood-red.
His body instantly entered a berserk state.
His meteor hammer also changed—
Red light gathered along its edges.
Cero energy.
Love raised the weapon high, preparing to strike.
But suddenly—
Two massive horns burst through the smoke.
These horns were formed from multiple iron spikes, far larger and sturdier than before.
They were the Lightning Iron Horns Tsuna had previously launched.
While breaking through the meteor storm, Tsuna had simultaneously pulled them back toward himself, preparing a stronger attack in advance.
He had expected Love's sudden assault.
Thus he immediately forged an even greater weapon.
Super Lightning Iron Bull Horn!
Hammer and horn collided.
The explosion of Reiatsu was instantaneous.
The shockwave obliterated everything around them.
The already ruined warehouse became completely barren.
The original barrier structure of the space was exposed.
The barrier stretched and twisted under the pressure.
Only the constant reinforcement of Kidō prevented it from breaking.
Another surge of power—
And the barrier would have shattered completely.
"Is overwhelming destructive power a tradition of the 7th Division or something?" Urahara sighed.
"Stop joking, Kisuke!" Shinji said anxiously.
"I can't feel Love's Reiatsu anymore!"
Did Tsuna accidentally kill him?
"If you're worried, go check," Urahara replied casually.
"You think I'm stupid?" Shinji snapped.
"That kid isn't affected by Sakanade. If I go in there, he might cut me down too!"
For the first time, Shinji felt helpless about his own Shikai.
If Sakanade could truly invert as many senses as Tsuna had suggested earlier—
He might have dared to charge into the smoke.
"Did you forget you know Kidō?" Urahara reminded him.
"Just ask Tsuna."
Love's Reiatsu had vanished—
But Tsuna's still blazed clearly inside the battlefield.
"…Right," Shinji muttered.
He began reciting the incantation for Bakudō #77 — Tenteikūra.
He had barely reached halfway when Rose suddenly shouted.
"Stop chanting, Shinji! Something's happening!"
The smoke began to clear.
A bright green glow shone within.
At its center was the unmistakable symbol of Sawada Tsunayoshi.
A gentle burst of Reiatsu spread outward—
Blowing away the remaining smoke.
Tsuna stood revealed.
His headgear had returned to the off-road helmet form.
In one hand he carried the completely exhausted Aikawa Love.
In the other—
He held the dazzling green object everyone had noticed.
It was a diamond-shaped shield.
Its center was decorated with lightning-green energy and the Vongola crest.
Two black bull horns extended from both sides.
This was Tsuna's Lightning-attribute Fullbring—
The Shield of the First Lightning Guardian, Lambo.
When Love unleashed his final strike, Tsuna had noticed something crucial.
Love's armor had already begun collapsing.
Once Love entered Hollowfication, he went completely berserk.
All his defensive Reiatsu shifted into offense.
If their attacks collided like that—
Love would either die,
Be gravely injured,
Or become a Hollow monster like Kensei earlier.
So in that critical moment—
While maintaining the clash—
Tsuna summoned Lambo's Shield through Fullbring.
The shield's ultra-hardened lightning flames enveloped both fighters.
It became the final protective barrier between them.
Thus when the explosion ended—
Tsuna emerged almost completely unharmed,
Carrying the exhausted Love in one hand.
Tsuna then smacked Love in the face with the shield.
Not out of cruelty—
But because traces of Hollowfication had begun reappearing on Love's face.
The blow shattered those white Hollow markings instantly.
Using Shunpo, Tsuna appeared before the Visored.
"He's lucky," Tsuna said.
"It didn't become deep Hollowfication."
"You can handle the rest, right?"
"Leave it to us," Hachigen Ushōda replied.
A Kidō barrier enveloped Love.
Two additional Bakudō sealed him further.
"As expected of Tsuna-san," Urahara said cheerfully.
"The three of us almost couldn't maintain the barrier during that explosion."
"Wait a second," Shinji suddenly said.
"Kid… did you just use two different Bankai?"
"Two Bankai?" Tsuna blinked.
"Isn't it all the Bankai of this Zanpakutō?"
He showed Shinji his sword.
"No, wait!" Shinji pointed.
"You've got two Zanpakutō!"
"Oh, this?" Tsuna said casually.
He drew the white blade.
Immediately—
A dense Hollow Reiatsu flooded the entire area.
Every Visored's expression changed.
Why did this Hollow pressure feel stronger than their own Hollowfication?
"…Kid," Shinji said darkly.
"What exactly are you?"
"A Shinigami or a Hollow?"
Had Urahara created some kind of monster?
Tsuna's answer surprised them all.
"To the end, I'm human."
"As long as this body lives, I will remain human."
Urahara added helpfully,
"Despite his strength, Tsuna-san is a living human from the Human World."
"He's currently in middle school."
"…Middle school?"
The Visored were speechless.
They had lived in the Human World long enough to understand basic education.
Middle school meant 12–14 years old.
No wonder this kid had mocked their lack of progress.
In barely over a decade—
He had surpassed their century of experience.
Shinji finally sat down across from Tsuna.
He had accepted reality.
"…So," Shinji said,
"care to explain your real purpose here?"
Tsuna spun the white blade lightly before sheathing it at his waist.
"I want to study your Hollowfication."
"If possible, I'd like to see a deep Hollowfication like Kensei's."
"Through observing the Visored, I plan to complete my own Resurrección."
Then he added:
"In exchange—"
"I'll help you adapt to Hollowfication after Bankai, like Kensei."
"And the shopkeeper will improve the flaws in your Hollowfication."
"Eventually, you might master Bankai Hollowfication… or even Resurrección."
"At that point, your strength should surpass Kensei's."
"Probably reaching something like 8 to 10 Kensei units."
The Visored fell silent.
Training help.
A direct path to greater power.
What could be more tempting?
Lisa pushed up her glasses.
Always the most analytical one, she noticed something odd.
"…Your 'Kensei units'—that's a power measurement, isn't it?"
"If Kensei hears that, he'll be furious."
Tsuna glanced at the still unconscious Kensei.
"So what?"
"He can't beat me anyway."
…That logic was annoyingly convincing.
After a moment of thought, Shinji stood up.
As leader of the Visored, he made the decision.
"We accept the deal."
He extended his hand.
"From here on, let's work together."
"Sawada Tsunayoshi… Urahara Kisuke."
