" I am your homeroom teacher, Astrid Gustafsson. Many might find it difficult to call me Miss gustafsson. Call me straight up Astrid. That's it." She opens the attendence book and starts marking without asking for call.
"Now about your schedule, you will get a proper study schedule by next week. Until then we will focus on regular subjects and physical training."
She starts writing on the whiteboard expecting us to follow.
Rion leans her head over desk and started sleeping. Her friends doing the same.
Everyone in class either was using mobile or just talking. Ethan was the only one making notes
Astrid suddenly stopped "I am not in a mood to teach anymore " she walked over and sat on her chair and opens up a notebook and wrote something on it. She then picks a pin and walked over to class noticed board. She then pinned the paper on it.
"I am giving you all a quick assignment. Winner get's immediate A+ in mid-term theory exam. "
Everyone tensed and straightens up.
"Kill Ethan in under two minutes."

"Time starts now"
Ethan looked over at her with shock , Astrid was leaning ahead on the lectern desk, smirking as she winks at Ethan.
As soon as the timer started, chair scraped and everyone in class turns table upside down, grabbing anything, pen, water bottle to attack at Ethan.
A pen came flying at Ethan and just as it was to hit his left eye, Rion woke up and catches it. She glanced ahead at girl who threw it " He is my prey"
Ethan picks a book to protect himself . A boy with specs and already torn off knuckle lauches a deadly punch, Ethan ducks and punch landed Wall. The wall behind him ended up having web crack at point of impact.
Charizard hits specs boy with table "leave him, he is prey of our boss" followed by a elbow on back of specs boy by JM.
Ethan runs out of class. All of em running behind him.

Two pens got hit on his upper back, he slows down but pushes through. There was still six guys chasing him
"Aaahh" a grunt escaped Ethan mouth as he reached the stairs. Ethan skipped a stairs at time to escape, one of the boy jumped over stairs with dagger to stab ethan on neck, in a moment of pure adernaline, Ethan turns around and went for a blind overhand. Moving his arm in a full motion arc with full power.

Punch landed on that boy jaw , Ethan narrowedly dodging knife attack.
Ethan stumbles down the stairs, the boy he punched was now out cold. Ethan grabbed his hand , grunting in pain, his knuckles trembling with pain.
Five of the students standing next to him. All was about to stab dagger inside body of Ethan.
"Sorry dude, but we need that midterm score"
"Stop, only one of you will get A+, why don't you decide who will kill him" A voice interrupted them. They all paused for a moment and that pause of moment was enough.
Ethan saw just a flash of light, all five of those boys was on floor. Grunting with slices all over thier bodies.
Ethan glanced ahead to see the boy, who uses sharp edge of his Katana shelth to disarm the boys without really killing them. Ethan felt the same strong aura from this boy Ethan felt from this Mr cone guy.
"My name is Eric Gustafsson, i was tasked with saving you from them by teacher." His eyes narrowed "why didn't you fight like your master. Why run?"
Ethan felt himself at lose of answers, suddenly a clapping noise echoed. Astrid stood at top of stairs. ",Ethan cole. You survived the assignment."she escends downstairs. Standing next to him

Lunch break. After another visit to doctor
"Don't thank me for saving you. I wasn't saving you, i was making sure my prey stay alive. We have duel to death. Remember?" Rion said as he ate her lunch.
"So....why did teacher targeted you?" Charizard asked
"Obvious answer, because he is student of balleni. Being recommended by him ain't small feat" JM added
"Tell me about that guy who recommended you. Is he like.... immortal? People call him that" Rion whispers as if sharing a secret.
"Is he handsome?" Charizard asked

Astrid politely dismissed him and ate her own lunch. "Thank you Mr..."

"I can't tell if he is balleni student or not. Balleni also had habit of appearing weak so he can easily come near throat of enemy"
