He snaps his fingers and all the wounds we both took heal instantly.
"Just know that if I was in my real body that this would be different, especially if it was a genuine fight. Luckily the purpose of the fight was to open your eyes," Aziel says with a smirk on his face.
I look down at the scales that formed along my arms, realizing that it is a lot more evolved than before. A red like aura radiating from each crack in the scales.
"You definitely opened my eyes to this strength of mine," I reply while staring at the scales.
"Having the blood of a dragon run in your family is quite an interesting thing, especially for a vampire. I think you'll be quite the successful heir Dante," Aziel says with a genuine tone.
He places his hand on my shoulder.
"Heir?" I question.
"I'll no longer be the vampire god. You'll become the last one, don't make the mistake I did," Aziel answers with a bit of happiness in his voice.
