I walked to my seat as labeled. Shyl and Tee followed. We'd been friends since highschool. Did everything together. Life was better then. Mum was there. Dad had his Noddles business ongoing and his plans were to open up a restaurant. I sat by the window just for the views. I read in an article once that watching the outside view through the window calms the mind.
"Hey." A voice came dropping me back to my seat. A tall guy about my height was their. His skin was fair. Not as pale as mine but brighter. He was handsome with sharp jaws speaking out all over. He then turned to me yet again. My heart skipped a beat.
"I am Dew and you are..." He asked before putting the headphones on.
"Jay." I stated noticing them. Everything he had was labeled Dew as if he had the company owned by himself. He closed his eyes as a cool breeze ran through his black hair. He swallowed hard making his adams apple stand out maybe seemingly munchable. I shrugged off my thoughts and turned forth. I felt as if my friends gave me a chance to seat by an angel.
"Why are you staring?" He asked his eyes still closed. I smiled.
"How did you notice?" I asked shyly.
"I always feel it. People stare at me all the time but at times it usually feels different like now."
"What do you mean by different?" I asked eager to continue listening to his strong course sound. He turned to me opening his eyes. They were blue green to be precise.
"Mostly it's of I will kill you the moment I get a chance. Those kinds of eyes." He stated.
"But mine..."
"They are just different. At least harmless."
"And yours are beautiful. But sad." I stated on looking at them keenly. He closed his eyes yet again.
"Maybe sad." He responded.
"Why would someone give you that kind of look?" I asked. He was silent for a while before a response came.
"People judge me even before they note on the main reason why I do stuff."
"Why not clear it up?"
"To the whole world? People think I'm the second version of Id amin."
"African?"
"Partly." At first I didn't get the sentence quite right but I was silent. He was a stranger to begin with.
"Aren't they blacks?" He was silent seemingly irritated by my questions. Then he arrived. Another white guy. His hair was brown. He hugged the planes blanket as if it held his life. He squeezed himself between us till he found space. Without a word he closed his eyes and begun to snore.
"I ran from this bitch yet he still followed me." He stated as he looked at him turning in his seat.
"Did you have to follow me?"
"Yes boss. If I leave you alone sir Rick will kill me." He spoke and rushed back to sleep. I looked outside. The sky was pretty. I removed my film camera and begun taking photos. The guys snore became louder. I turned to him. Dew looked at him with dislike.
"Want to post it? Give me your instagram account you'll get many likes." I stated as I picked my phone from my pocket.
"No need. He'll get fired."
"Okay then just for fun?" I asked him.
"How is this fun?" He asked as I opened the blanket over his head. Timon had his mouth open as bits of saliva strawled out. He looked odd kind of funny but not there yet. Dew smiled a bit at the silly face. I tore some paper in my bag and crushed white chalk. He stared as I wondered which highschool did the guy learn where they never did such kind of stuff.
"I won't get fired?" I asked as I finished making my pretend cigarette. He smiled wider. It was cute.
"No." He responded. All lights green. I symbolized all my mates to approach as I did the final touch on the sleepy guy. I moved hid glasses as they moved up and down as he snored. The whole crew gave a laugh plus Dews on top. I sneaked a picture.
"Boss!!" Timon repremanded as he shot from sleep. I took several pictures of the drowsy guy as he spat out the paper in his mouth. He walked from us angry as the rest of the crew rushed back to their seats.
"Guys what's up?" A teacher beckoned as everyone held their laugh. He then walked away. I finished up my laughing session before turning to him.
"Why are you holding it in?"
"What?"
"Your laughter. It's cute."
"Cut out the joke. He stated as a smile came to his face.
"See." I said laughing at him.
"It was so long since I last smiled or talked this much. It feels odd. But good." He stated as he allowed a smile to cover his face. I took several pictures as we laughed randomly about them. Then he turned all serious.
"What? Have I done something wrong?"
"No. Everything is okay." He stated seemingly disturbed. I took one of the already out pictures and wrote a bit and handed it to him. He gave me a last smile.
"Maybe if you knew who I was you'd never make me smile." He stated. Then the mic announced.
'Landing in china. All passenger with this stop be ready to hope off. Have your seat belts on.'
"How? Planes have purely a single stop." I stated.
"But I make the difference." He gave me his Instagram account before walking out. Only he and the guy earlier alighted. I could barely wait on e on air I searched on it.
"Dirawin Pinapar." I said to myself. But whatever he said was a lie. I didn't hate him. I actually found fun in the little arrogance born in him. I looked back at the seat. A watch. I carefully studied it. It had a tracking device. It was obvious he'd remember me once he saw me so I kept it.
